The real number
Why "koto taka?" is the wrong first question
Everyone in Dhaka opens with "logo koto taka?" and I get why - half the market quotes 2,000 BDT for a logo and the other half quotes 2,00,000, and nobody explains the gap. The cheap one is usually a stock icon recoloured in Canva, sold to three other businesses too, with no source files when you ask for them. So before the price, understand what you are actually buying: a mark that is yours, drawn from scratch, that survives being shrunk to a Facebook profile photo and blown up on a Banani signboard.
Here is my pricing, plainly. Logo design price in Dhaka with me starts at a 50,000 BDT floor. The three core tiers are 50,000 / 90,000 / 1,50,000 BDT depending on how much you need around the mark - just the logo, or logo plus the full kit you actually use day to day. Full custom brand work, the kind where we go deep on strategy, multiple directions and a complete identity system, starts from 3,00,000 BDT. Those are the real numbers. I do not negotiate myself down to 5,000 taka, because at 5,000 taka you get 5,000-taka work, and you will be paying someone to redo it within a year.
Payment is built for how Dhaka actually pays: 50% advance to start, 50% on launch when you have approved the final files. bKash and Nagad both work, bank transfer too. The advance is what protects both of us - it means you are serious and I block real time for you instead of juggling your project against ten "maybe" inquiries.
And the part most people quietly worry about: "what if I pay and hate it?" That is what the design-approval guarantee is for. We do not lurch to final delivery and hope. You see directions, you steer, you sign off at each stage. You will not get handed a logo you are too embarrassed to put on your card and too out-of-pocket to reject.
