You message me on WhatsApp, I reply. No support ticket portal, no team inbox where your message sits for two days. The same person who quoted the project is the one debugging it at midnight.
Before you transfer any bKash or bank advance, you get a one-page scope document listing every page, every feature, every integration. If it is not on that page, it is not in the build, and you know what change requests cost upfront.
I do not start coding until you have signed off on the design in writing. You will not log in on launch day and discover a homepage you have never seen. Revisions on the design happen on the design, not on the live site.

The trade-off is real and I will not pretend it is not: hiring one freelance developer means you are hiring a person, not a department. If I am sick on Tuesday, nothing ships on Tuesday. To make that work I keep my active project count low, write everything down so the project does not live only in my head, and give you full access to the hosting, repository and content so you are never locked in. For most Dhaka small and mid-sized businesses, that is the better deal. For a 50-person enterprise with twelve stakeholders and a procurement department, an agency is genuinely the right call and I will tell you so on the discovery call.

My floor is 50,000 BDT and that gets you a clean 3 to 5 page brochure site with a working contact form, mobile-optimised, hosted properly, fully handed over. Most Dhaka business sites land in the 90,000 to 1,50,000 BDT range because they need 8 to 14 pages, a blog, basic SEO setup and a CMS. Custom builds (web apps, booking systems, dashboards) start at 3,00,000 BDT. Payment is 50% advance, 50% on launch via bKash, Nagad or bank transfer.
Because for most small and mid-sized Dhaka businesses, an agency means you pay for layers of people who are not actually writing your code. With me you pay one senior who does the work himself, which usually means a better-built site at the same budget, or the same quality site at a lower budget. The honest exception is if you need 24/7 support coverage or a team of five working in parallel, for that an agency is the right fit and I will say so.
WordPress for most business and content-heavy sites because it is what your team in Dhaka can realistically maintain. WooCommerce or Shopify for ecommerce. For custom work I use Next.js or Laravel on the back end depending on what the project actually needs. I do not pick the stack first and then force-fit your business, I pick the stack that makes your specific project cheaper to run and easier to update.
Not required. Most of my Dhaka clients prefer one or two Google Meet calls plus WhatsApp. I am happy to meet in person in Gulshan, Banani, Dhanmondi or Uttara for the initial discovery if it helps you decide, especially for projects above 1,50,000 BDT. After that the work moves faster over calls and chat than in coffee shops.
A 3 to 5 page site typically takes 2 to 3 weeks from approved design to launch. An 8 to 14 page corporate site is usually 4 to 6 weeks. Ecommerce takes 5 to 8 weeks depending on product count and payment integration. These dates go into the written scope before you pay the advance, and if I miss a date because of me, that is on me, not on you.
30 days after launch, any bug that is genuinely from my code I fix free. After that, small changes (text edits, new pages, small layout tweaks) are billed hourly or as a tiny fixed package, usually 2,000 to 8,000 BDT depending on scope. If you want ongoing care (security updates, backups, content updates), I offer a simple monthly retainer starting at 5,000 BDT, but it is genuinely optional and a lot of my clients self-manage just fine after the handover walkthrough.
