Google Ads, Rajshahi
Most ad budgets in Rajshahi get burned before anyone notices
Here's the pattern I see across Rajshahi - a coaching center, a private hospital, a furniture showroom near Shaheb Bazar, or a silk shop near New Market sets up a Google Ads account, throws in a few keywords, and waits. Three weeks later the budget is gone and the only thing they have to show for it is a dashboard full of "clicks" and zero idea whether any of those clicks turned into a customer. That's not bad luck. That's an account that was never built to be measured.
I'm RH Fardin, and I run Google Ads the way a business owner would if they had five years of doing it daily. I don't sell impressions. I care about one question - did the phone ring, and was it someone in Rajshahi or the surrounding upazilas who actually wanted what you sell? Everything I set up serves that: tight geo-targeting so you're not paying for clicks from Dhaka, negative keywords so a coaching center isn't paying for "free notes PDF" searches, and conversion tracking on calls and WhatsApp before a single taka is spent.
Rajshahi is a particular market. It's a university city, so demand for education, admission coaching, hostel, and exam-prep keywords spikes hard around session times and goes quiet in between - if you don't manage bids around that, you overpay all year. It's also a city where buyers research on their phone, ask "koto taka?" before anything else, and want to call or message rather than fill a long form. I build campaigns for exactly that behaviour, not for some generic playbook copied off a foreign blog.
And because it's just me, you're never handed off. The person who reads your first message is the person writing your ad copy, watching the search terms report at 11pm, and telling you honestly when Google Ads isn't even the right channel for your business. No account managers, no "let me check with the team."
