About the pricing
Why ecommerce quotes in Gulshan vary by 5x for the same store
Walk into any Gulshan Avenue cafe and ask three shop owners what they paid for their ecommerce site. You will hear 60,000 BDT, 2,80,000 BDT and 6,50,000 BDT — for stores that, on the surface, look identical. The difference is rarely the design. It is who actually touched the code, how many people sat between you and the developer, and whether the quote included things every Bangladesh store needs (bKash, Nagad, Pathao/Steadfast courier, COD logic) or quietly listed them as 'phase two'.
I am RH Fardin. I design and write every line on every ecommerce build I take on — no juniors, no white-label outsourcing to a shop in Mirpur, no project manager forwarding your WhatsApp messages. That single fact removes the biggest hidden cost in Gulshan ecommerce pricing: the agency stack. When you pay 4 lakh, roughly 1.5 lakh is the developer, the rest is overhead, sales commission and 'account management'. You are buying the same store, twice.
On the build side, after about five years shipping commercial sites across Dhaka, I have a pretty firm map of what each scope actually takes. A 30-product boutique store with bKash, Nagad and one courier integration is a 90,000 BDT job. A multi-vendor concept with subscription boxes and Pathao Fulfillment API is a 3,00,000+ BDT custom job. Anything in between, I will quote against that map — not against what your Gulshan address makes you look like you can afford.
What this page does is show you, plainly, what drives ecommerce price up or down in Gulshan, what each of my three tiers gets you, and what the honest custom-build floor looks like. If a quote you already have does not match what is here, message me on WhatsApp and I will tell you which line items are likely padding and which are real.
