Designer for Dhaka stores
Stores in Dhaka lose sales at the product page, not the homepage
Most ecommerce sites in Dhaka are not failing because of bad branding. They are failing because the product photo is a 2 MB JPEG on a 3.2-second LCP, the price line says "Inbox for price," and there is no clear bKash logo above the buy button. I have spent five years opening Dhaka stores on a mid-range Android phone over a patchy Robi connection, and the same five mistakes show up every time. Ecommerce website design is what I fix before we ever talk about ad campaigns.
I am RH Fardin, a website designer and developer based in Bangladesh. I do not run an agency. I design and build every store on the screen myself, so the wireframe, the cart logic, the bKash redirect, and the order confirmation page are all decisions one person made and can defend. That matters more than it sounds when a customer messages at 10pm asking why their Nagad payment did not confirm.
For Dhaka, my brief is narrower than "make it look nice." The design has to load on a Banglalink 4G connection in Mirpur, look correct on a 360px screen, show the delivery charge for Dhanmondi vs. Uttara before checkout, and let a buyer pay through bKash personal, bKash merchant, or COD without three account-creation steps. If your store is in Bashundhara, Gulshan, or Mohammadpur, the buyer expectations are the same: prove the price, prove delivery, prove someone real picks up the phone.
I work on a fixed scope and a fixed price. You see the design before code is written, and you approve it (or you do not pay). The launch fee is 50% advance, 50% on the day the store goes live with a real order placed through it. No retainers, no "we will fix it in phase two" excuses.
