What 'expert' should really mean for a Chattogram business
The title 'digital marketing expert' is cheap in Chittagong. The accountability behind it is not.
Walk past GEC circle and you will see a dozen signboards calling someone a digital marketing expert. The title is not the problem. The problem is that almost nobody behind it does the work. A Chattogram owner hires what looks like an expert and gets one good strategy meeting. Then the account quietly goes to a 22-year-old who learned Facebook ads from YouTube last year.
Three months later, the "expert" does not answer. The campaign runs on autopilot, and the only thing that grew is the management fee. I built my work to be the exact opposite. When you hire a digital marketing expert in Chittagong from me, the expert is me. I am the only person who ever touches your account.
A real expert for Chattogram knows this market, not the Dhaka one. The buyer here asks "koto taka?" before anything else. So my Google Ads copy and landing pages show the price up front. I do not hide it three clicks deep. Payment here runs through bKash and Nagad, so I build checkout and lead forms around them. A foreign card form that nobody will use does not help you.
The buyer is often on a mid-range Android, stuck in Agrabad or Halishahar traffic with one bar of signal. A landing page that takes nine seconds to load is dead before it opens. I build pages that load fast on real port-city 4G, not just on office fibre. Expertise that ignores how Chattogram buys is just Dhaka theory with a port-city invoice.
The Chattogram market also rewards restraint. Much of the real money here is trade: import, export, clearing and forwarding, raw-material supply, and wholesale off Khatunganj and Reazuddin Bazar. These buyers are not impressed by reach or a screenshot of 100,000 impressions. They want enquiries that turn into orders. They also want to know what each enquiry cost.
A real digital marketing expert reports cost per lead and return. Not "engagement" that looks nice in a monthly PDF. In the first call, I will tell you if Google Ads is the wrong channel for you. I will also tell you if your real problem is a broken website, not weak ads. An expert who only recommends what they sell is not an expert. That is just a salesman.
My pricing is fixed and honest, whether your letterhead says Chattogram or Chittagong. Packages start at 50,000 BDT, with tiers at 50,000 / 90,000 / 1,50,000 BDT based on scope. Fully custom work starts from 3,00,000 BDT. Payment is always 50% advance and 50% on launch, by bKash, Nagad or bank transfer. If the work includes a site or landing page, you approve the full design before I write any code.
I have about five years of experience, and I work solo on purpose. I take a small number of Chattogram clients at a time. That is the only way one senior person stays truly hands-on with every account. Otherwise I would become the absent "expert" I built this work to replace.
