Corporate Website Design Company in Gulshan

A corporate website that looks like the offices on Gulshan Avenue feel — calm, confident, and clearly above the noise.

I am RH Fardin, the senior designer and developer who personally builds every site for companies headquartered around Gulshan 1, Gulshan 2, Niketan and Banani-side. No agency layers, no junior handoffs, no PowerPoint pitch deck. You get one operator who owns the strategy, the design, the code and the launch — for brands that meet partners at Westin, Renaissance and Le Méridien and cannot afford to look like a Daraz vendor online.

Around 5 years building corporate sites for BD companies. Investment from 50,000 BDT. 50% advance via bKash, Nagad or bank — 50% on launch.

Built for Gulshan boardrooms

A corporate website design company that actually understands Gulshan-grade clients

If your office is in a tower on Gulshan Avenue, your website is the first meeting room a foreign buyer or institutional investor walks into. They will judge your company in eight seconds — by your typography, your photography, your English copy and how fast the page loads on a hotel Wi-Fi connection in Singapore. Most Bangladesh corporate sites fail that test in the first two seconds: clip-art handshakes, stretched stock images, three different sans-serif fonts on one page, and an About Us that reads like a CV. That is the gap this page is about.

I have spent close to 5 years designing and shipping corporate websites for Bangladesh companies — group of companies, exporters, BGMEA-listed manufacturers, holding firms, law chambers, real estate, financial services and consulting practices. I work with the founder, the MD, or the Head of Brand directly. No account manager translating things in the middle. When you say the navigation feels too soft for a manufacturing group, I push the weight on the type the same day and you see it in staging by evening.

My corporate work is deliberately quiet. Generous whitespace, restrained palette (often a serious navy, deep maroon, or charcoal with one accent), an editorial type system, real photography where possible and clean iconography where it is not. The aesthetic Gulshan corporate buyers respond to is closer to a Singaporean private bank than a Dhaka digital agency portfolio. That is the standard I design to.

And because this is a one-person practice working out of Dhaka, the entire engagement runs in BDT, in your timezone, in a WhatsApp thread that you can scroll back through. I do not sub-contract design overseas, I do not staff up with juniors, and I do not bill in dollars. From the kickoff call to the day the DNS flips, the same person who pitched the concept is the one writing the CSS at 11 PM the night before launch.

What's included

Why Gulshan-based corporate clients hire me

Six things that matter when your website has to hold its own next to a Standard Chartered annual report or a McKinsey deck on a buyer's laptop.

01

Boardroom-grade aesthetic

Editorial typography, deliberate whitespace, and a restrained palette built for navy-and-cream corporate identities. No gradient blobs, no rotating sliders, no stock handshakes.

02

English that reads global

Headlines, About Us and leadership bios written in clean international English — the kind your CFO will not quietly rewrite before sending the link to an investor in London or Dubai.

03

Single senior owner

I personally handle the strategy call, the design files, the build and the launch. No junior recolouring a Figma template, no account manager forwarding your emails to someone else.

04

Fast on Gulshan Wi-Fi and Singapore hotels

Optimised images, lazy-loaded sections, and a lean build so the page renders before a Banani buyer or a Dubai partner gives up and closes the tab.

05

Group-of-companies architecture

Clean parent-brand homepage with structured sub-brand pages, leadership, sustainability, careers and investor sections — built so you can grow without re-doing the navigation in year two.

06

Discreet, NDA-comfortable

I am used to working with companies that will not show up in my public portfolio. NDAs signed without drama, screenshots redacted, drafts shared via private staging links — never on social media.

In focus

What a serious corporate site looks like for a Gulshan address

There is a specific kind of website Gulshan corporate clients need, and almost nobody in the Dhaka market is actually building it. It is not the colourful, illustration-heavy startup landing page. It is not the cluttered, three-column manufacturer site with a marquee on top.

It is closer to what you would see if you visited the site of a Hong Kong holding company or a mid-sized European industrial group — a calm homepage with one decisive statement, a real photograph (not a stock image) of your building or your floor, a tight leadership section with proper headshots, an editorial "What We Do" page, a structured "Group Companies" or "Divisions" section, ESG and sustainability where relevant, careers, press, and contact.

The whole thing should feel less like a brochure and more like an annual report you would not be embarrassed to print.

On the engineering side, the same restraint applies. The site should load fast on a 4G connection in the back of an Uber on Gulshan Avenue and on a slow hotel network in KL. CMS access is usually limited to one or two people in the marketing or company secretary team, with clear editing zones so nobody accidentally breaks the leadership grid. Forms route to the right inbox automatically — partnership enquiries to BD, careers to HR, investor relations to the CFO's desk.

And because Gulshan-based companies often have foreign principals or auditors quietly checking the site, the codebase is clean, accessible, and built so a foreign tech consultant can audit it without wincing. That is the standard I hold this work to, every single project.

Frequently asked

Straight answers before we build.

Real questions Gulshan-based MDs, marketing heads and company secretaries ask before signing off.

Koto taka lagbe ekta proper corporate website er jonno — Gulshan-er ekta mid-sized company er jonno?

Starting investment 50,000 BDT for a focused single-entity corporate site (about, services, leadership, contact). A typical Gulshan corporate brief — multi-division, leadership, careers, news, contact — usually lands in the 90,000 to 1,50,000 BDT range. Group-of-companies sites with multiple sub-brand pages, ESG, investor relations and custom CMS workflows are custom-quoted from 3,00,000 BDT. Terms are 50% advance, 50% on launch.

We are headquartered in Gulshan — can we meet in person before signing?

Yes. For Gulshan, Banani, Baridhara and Niketan-based clients I usually do the first proper briefing call over Zoom, then come in person for the kickoff at your office once the proposal is approved. Hotel lobbies (Westin, Le Méridien, Renaissance) also work for the first meeting if your office is restricted-access.

We have foreign shareholders and auditors. Will the site meet international standards?

Yes. Built clean, accessible, responsive, with proper meta tags, schema and a sensible CMS. No bloated template, no pirated themes. Your foreign tech consultant or auditor can open the page source without finding anything that embarrasses you.

Can you sign an NDA? We will not appear in your public portfolio.

Standard practice. A meaningful portion of my corporate work is under NDA and I am comfortable with that — clients in finance, law, real estate and family-owned groups often prefer it. NDA can be signed before any commercial information is shared.

We are a group of companies with five divisions — can you handle that architecture?

Yes. I will design a parent-brand homepage that sits cleanly above the divisions, then individual sub-pages or sub-sites for each unit depending on how distinct the brands are. The navigation, CMS roles and content templates are planned so the structure still works when you add a sixth division in two years.

Who actually does the work? We do not want a junior on our brand.

I do. Personally. The strategy call, the design files, the front-end code, the CMS setup, the launch checklist — all me. No outsourcing to a Mirpur sub-shop, no overseas freelancer, no junior. That is the entire point of hiring a senior solo operator over a Gulshan agency.
