A Facebook ad agency said 1,20,000 taka. A foreign company quoted 4,500 USD. All for the same business. This page solves that problem. The 8,000 taka quote is almost always a free template with your logo dropped in. It sits on shared hosting that crashes the first time a Facebook ad runs. A 5-page company site costs less than a 15-page site with services, blog, careers and case studies. More pages mean more design, more copy choices and more testing. Each one adds to the bill.
A real custom design built from your brand costs more than a polished template with your colours swapped in. Both are valid choices. But they are not the same price, and you should know which one you are buying.

It includes service landing pages, a blog with categories, proper on-page SEO and schema markup. You also get faster hosting setup and a couple of add-ons, like Messenger chat, WhatsApp click-to-chat or a Mailchimp signup. Most established small and mid-sized businesses in Dhaka and Chattogram land here.
1,50,000 BDT is the premium tier. You get a fully custom design and 15+ pages, or a small ecommerce setup with 10-50 products. That includes bKash, Nagad or SSLCommerz checkout, inventory management, an order dashboard, customer accounts, courier setup and proper speed work. From about 3,00,000 BDT and up, you are in custom development. That means large product catalogues, multi-vendor marketplaces, booking systems, member portals, custom dashboards or apps with a backend built from scratch.
Payment is always 50% advance to start work and 50% on launch, with no exceptions. Design approval is guaranteed before any development starts. Anything advertised for 5,000-15,000 taka is a free template with your logo pasted in. It will not rank and will not convert. It will also break the first time you try to update it.
Different vendors are selling completely different products. The 8,000 quote is a template install on shared hosting. The 1,20,000 quote is often agency pricing with resellers in the middle. Ask each vendor exactly what is included. How many pages? Custom design or template? What hosting, what SEO setup and who maintains it? Then the prices suddenly make sense.

Those are the baseline. If a vendor charges separately for them, walk away.
Honest answer: below 50,000 BDT, your only real option is doing it yourself. Use a free WordPress theme or a Shopify trial, and that is fine to start. But if you want it built for you properly, with the basics done right, 50,000 is the realistic floor. Anything cheaper means someone is cutting corners. They will not warn you about it until later.
The 50,000 BDT tier takes 10-15 working days from advance and content. The 90,000 BDT tier takes 3-4 weeks. The 1,50,000 BDT tier with ecommerce takes 4-6 weeks. Custom projects above 3,00,000 BDT are scoped one by one. Delays almost always come from content not being ready on the client side. Have your copy, logo and photos sorted before you pay the advance.
