About RH Fardin
A redesign is not a fresh build — it is surgery on a site that already has customers
Here is what an old Rajshahi website usually looks like by the time the owner finally calls. It was built around 2017 or 2018, back when nobody worried much about phones. On a desktop it is passable. On the mid-range Android your actual customer is holding, the text is microscopic, the buttons are too small to tap, the images take eight seconds to crawl in over Talaimari mobile data, and the whole thing feels like a different, smaller business than the one you have grown into. The logo is two versions out of date. Half the pages mention services you stopped offering. The form goes to an email address nobody checks. None of that means you need to start from zero — it means you need someone who can tell what to keep, what to kill, and what to rebuild. That distinction is the entire job, and it is why a redesign is harder than a fresh build, not easier.
I am RH Fardin, a solo senior web designer based in Bangladesh, and for roughly five years redesigns have been a large part of what I do — because most established businesses already have a site, they just have an embarrassing one. I have rebuilt sites for the kind of firms Rajshahi runs on: silk and clothing showrooms whose old site made hand-woven Rajshahi silk look cheap, mango traders and orchard exporters whose only web presence went stale the other ten months of the year, coaching centres and admission institutes feeding off Rajshahi University, RUET and the medical college, clinics and diagnostic chambers around Laxmipur and the Medical area, and shops along Shaheb Bazar and New Market selling to buyers who pay by bKash and Nagad. I personally handle the audit, the redesign, the rebuild, the SEO migration, the speed pass and the relaunch. There is no junior assigned to your account and no white-label partner doing the real work behind a logo.
Calling myself the best website redesign company in Rajshahi is a claim I am happy to be held to, because the test is simple: did the new site keep your existing Google rankings, load faster, look like the business you have actually become, and work on the phone your customer is holding? A redesign starts at 50,000 BDT for a full visual rebuild, mobile-first layout, on-page SEO carried over cleanly, and bKash and Nagad handling set up properly. The 90,000 and 1,50,000 BDT tiers add booking, ecommerce, more pages, or a Bangla-English split — without ever changing who is doing the work. It is still me at the keyboard. Fully custom rebuilds start from 3,00,000 BDT.
I charge 50 percent advance and 50 percent on launch, and the design-approval guarantee matters more on a redesign than on anything else. You already have a site you live with every day; you have strong opinions about what the new one should feel like. So I keep iterating on the visual direction, within scope, until you genuinely say it is right — and you do not release the final 50 percent until you do. The other thing I will not do is the careless mistake that wrecks redesigns: throwing away your URLs, your page structure and your earned rankings to chase a prettier layout. I redirect old pages properly, preserve the URLs that already rank, and relaunch in a way that protects the search visibility you paid for in time, not taka. That last part is the difference between a redesign and a self-inflicted wound, and it is the part most cheap rebuilds around Rajshahi get badly wrong.
