Who builds your store
Why Dhaka founders call me when their last Shopify build flopped
Most "best Shopify company in Dhaka" lists rank firms that build five stores a week using the same recycled Dawn theme, swap the logo, and walk away. The result is a store that looks fine on a MacBook in the agency office and dies on a Samsung A-series in Jatrabari. I built my practice as the opposite of that — one senior operator, fewer projects, every store treated like it has to actually earn back its 50,000 BDT (or 1,50,000 BDT, or 3,00,000 BDT) in the first ninety days.
I have been shipping Shopify stores for around five years, with my full focus on Bangladeshi merchants for the last several. That means I know the parts no template handles by default: the customer who messages "vai, koto taka delivery charge?" before adding to cart, the Pathao/RedX courier choice that needs to live on the cart page, the bKash/Nagad/Rocket trust badges that need to sit beside the COD button, and the product page that has to convert a buyer who is comparing three Facebook page stores on her lunch break.
I do every part of the work myself — discovery, theme architecture, Liquid customization, app selection, image optimization, Bangla typography, payment app setup, courier integration, GA4 and Meta Pixel wiring, and the launch QA. You speak to the person who actually moves your pixels. No project manager translating your requirements into a Trello card for someone in a different office.
I take a small number of Shopify projects each quarter because that is the only way to ship a store that genuinely deserves the word "best." If I take your project on, it gets my full attention and a design-approval guarantee — we do not move into development until you sign off the look on screen.
