Why a Dhaka restaurant needs more than a Facebook page
A guest in Dhanmondi at 9:47 PM does not scroll Facebook to find your menu. They Google "best biryani Dhanmondi" or "restaurant near me", tap the first decent result, and decide in about eight seconds whether to order from you or the next listing. If your menu is a JPG screenshot, your address is a paragraph instead of a Google Maps pin, and your phone number does not tap-to-call, you just lost that order to a competitor whose website opened faster.
I build restaurant websites for Dhaka operators who are tired of paying 25-30% commission to foodpanda on every order and want a direct channel customers actually use. That means a real menu with prices and photos, a one-screen order flow, bKash and Nagad payment on checkout, a Nagad/bKash personal number fallback for the customers who insist on it, WhatsApp Click-to-Chat for confirmation, and a reservation form that emails and SMSes you instantly so nothing falls through the cracks.
I work as one senior operator on each project — discovery, UX, design, frontend, backend, hosting, the lot. There is no account manager, no junior, no handover. You message me, I reply. Five years in, that is the model I trust to actually ship a working restaurant site in 3-5 weeks instead of dragging on for four months while three agency people argue about brand fonts.
If you are comparing me to the bigger Dhaka studios charging 4 lakh for a brochure site that takes six months, my pricing tiers (50,000 / 90,000 / 1,50,000 BDT, custom from 3,00,000 BDT) are deliberately built for restaurant economics — one full table of 6 covers your tier-1 site. You should not have to remortgage to get a working website.
