Best NGO Website Company in Chittagong

The NGO website company in Chittagong that takes donor trust as seriously as the work in the field.

Most NGO sites in Chattogram look like they were thrown together for a donor visit five years ago and never touched again. I build proper bilingual sites with bKash and Nagad donation flows, transparent annual report archives, project galleries that load on a CTG village's 2G signal, and admin panels your programme officer can actually update without calling me.

Solo senior operator, ~5 years building Bangladesh sites. Starts at 50,000 BDT, 50% advance, 50% on launch, design approval before any code.

About this Chittagong NGO website service

Why Chattogram NGOs need a site built by one experienced operator, not a junior team

Walk into any NGO office in Agrabad, Halishahar or GEC and you will hear the same story. A vendor took 80,000 taka two years ago, built a WordPress site with a stock theme, copied English text from another NGO's About page, and disappeared. Now the donate button goes to a dead Stripe account, the 2022 annual report is the latest PDF, and the team in the Hill Tracts has no way to upload a field photo without raising a support ticket. That is the gap I am here to close.

I am RH Fardin, a senior solo website designer and developer based in Bangladesh, and I have spent the last five years building sites for organisations across the country, including NGOs that report to international funders. There is no agency layer. The person who scopes your work, designs the donation page in Figma, codes the bilingual CMS, hooks up your bKash merchant account and migrates your DNS is the same one person. For a Chattogram non-profit, that means faster decisions, no junior handover, and one accountable phone number.

Being the best NGO website company in Chittagong is not about a flashy hero video. It is about whether a donor in Dubai can read your impact report on her phone in seven seconds, send a 5,000 taka donation through bKash without leaving the page, and get a receipt she can show to her accountant. It is about whether the programme officer in Boalkhali can upload twelve field photos from a flip phone after a relief distribution. I design and build around those two humans, then everything else falls into place.

Pricing is open: 50,000 BDT for a clean five-page brochure NGO site with bilingual content and a basic donate page, 90,000 BDT adds bKash and Nagad live donations plus a project tracker, 1,50,000 BDT covers a full donor portal with annual report archive, multilingual CMS, beneficiary stories module and Google Search Console setup. Custom builds, M&E dashboards or integrations with Salesforce NPSP start at 3,00,000 BDT. 50% advance to start, 50% on launch, and I do not move to code until you sign off the Figma design.

What's included

What makes my NGO websites work in Chattogram

Six things I build into every Chittagong NGO site so it earns donor trust instead of draining your communications budget.

01

Bilingual by default

Bangla and English content live side by side in one CMS, with proper Bangla typography that does not break on iPhone Safari. Your CTG donor and your London donor both feel at home.

02

bKash and Nagad donations

Live integration with bKash Tokenized Checkout and Nagad payment gateway, plus an SSLCommerz fallback for cards and bank transfers. Donors stay on your domain the whole time.

03

Annual report archive

A clean, searchable PDF archive of annual reports, audit statements and 990 equivalents, structured so DFID, EU and JICA officers can find what they need in two clicks during due diligence.

04

Field-team friendly CMS

Your programme officer in Rangamati or Coxs Bazar uploads project updates and beneficiary stories from a phone. No HTML, no agency ticket, no waiting three days for a comma change.

05

Loads on village 2G

Image compression, lazy loading and a sub-1MB landing page so the site opens for the volunteer in Mirsharai who is on a weak Grameenphone signal, not just the donor on home fibre.

06

Donor trust signals

NGOAB registration number, audit firm logos, board photos with real names, project location map and live impact counters built in, because suspicious donors check these before clicking donate.

In focus

What separates a real NGO website from a brochure with a donate button

An NGO website in Chittagong has to do three jobs at once that a normal business site never has to. It has to convince a sceptical donor who has read enough exposes about misused funds that you are legitimate. It has to give your back office a way to update field reports, annual statements and event photos without a developer on standby. And it has to handle micro-donations from a Chattogram university student giving 200 taka over bKash, alongside a 50,000 USD wire from a foundation in Geneva, on the same page, with the same trust signals. Most of the cheap NGO templates floating around in Bangladesh fail at all three. They look the same as every other NGO from Sylhet to Khulna, the admin panel is a developer's playground not a programme officer's tool, and the donation form is either fake or broken.

The way I build it is different. We start by mapping your actual donor journeys, the foundation rep doing due diligence, the diaspora donor on WhatsApp, the local CSR officer from a Chattogram garments factory, and the volunteer signing up for a beach cleanup at Patenga. Each gets a path through the site that ends in either a donation, a download, a signup or a contact. Then I design the trust layer: NGOAB number in the footer, latest audit report one click from the homepage, real photos of the team and board with real names, a project locations map pinned to upazilas you actually work in. Then the CMS, with a simple Bangla and English content editor that your communications person can actually use. The donate flow is last, because if everything before it is honest, the donate flow just works.

Frequently asked

Straight answers before we build.

Real questions Chattogram NGO directors and communications officers ask me before signing.

Apnar charge koto taka NGO website er jonno?

Starts at 50,000 BDT for a five-page bilingual brochure site with a basic donate page. 90,000 BDT adds live bKash and Nagad donation integration plus a project tracker. 1,50,000 BDT is a full donor-grade site with annual report archive, beneficiary stories module, multilingual CMS and on-page SEO setup. Anything bigger, like a custom donor portal or M&E dashboard, starts at 3,00,000 BDT. 50% advance, 50% on launch, no surprises.

Can you integrate live bKash and Nagad donations on the Chittagong NGO site, or just a static QR?

Live integration. I set up bKash Tokenized Checkout and Nagad payment gateway with your NGO's merchant accounts so donors stay on your domain, get an instant on-screen confirmation and an email receipt with a receipt number for their tax records. Static QR is the lazy fallback most CTG vendors use because it is free. It also kills donor trust the moment they have to leave your site.

We have a small communications team in Agrabad. Can they actually update the site themselves?

Yes, that is the whole point. The admin panel is custom-trimmed to your workflow, usually just five or six menu items: news, projects, reports, gallery, team, donations. Your communications officer gets a 45 minute screen-share walkthrough in Bangla, plus a written guide in Bangla and English. If they can use Facebook Page Manager, they can run this site.

Will the site be properly bilingual or just a Google Translate widget?

Properly bilingual. Every page exists in Bangla and English as separate, hand-written content, not auto-translated nonsense. The CMS lets your team edit each language version. Bangla typography uses a proper Bengali web font that renders cleanly on iPhone Safari and Android Chrome, which is where most CTG and diaspora donors will read it.

Our funders ask for the website during due diligence. What do you build for that?

A dedicated transparency section at /transparency or /reports with audited financial statements as searchable PDFs, NGOAB registration certificate, latest annual report, organogram, board of trustees with photos and bios, and a project locations map. DFID, EU and JICA reviewers can verify your legitimacy in under two minutes. That alone has unlocked grants for clients who previously got stuck at the basic checks stage.

Do you handle ongoing maintenance after launch, or do we hire another vendor in Chattogram?

I do, but I do not push it. Maintenance is optional, billed monthly or as needed. A typical NGO needs me about two hours a month for content help, a quarterly security update and a yearly redesign refresh. If you would rather train your in-house IT person and call me only when something breaks, that is fine too. I leave you with proper documentation, code repository access and admin credentials, not a vendor lock-in trap.
