Who builds your site
A senior solo operator, not a sales pitch
Most NGOs in Bangladesh have been burned at least once. You paid an agency 60,000 taka, got a half-finished WordPress theme with a stock photo of African children (you work in Cox's Bazar), and the developer ghosted before the bilingual toggle was even wired up. Then the NGO Affairs Bureau asked for an updated activity report and nobody knew how to log in. That is the baseline I am writing against.
I work alone, by choice. When a programme officer messages me at 9pm because the donor delegation is visiting tomorrow and the team photo on the About page is two executive directors out of date, I am the one fixing it. Not a junior in another city, not a project manager forwarding screenshots. The senior who designed and built your site is the senior who maintains it.
My background is roughly five years of building websites end-to-end for Bangladeshi clients, with SEO and Google Ads baked in. For NGO work that matters because your site has two audiences: international donors who want compliance, transparency, and annual reports, and local stakeholders, journalists, and government bodies who want Bangla content and a phone number that actually picks up. One site has to do both, well, on a small budget.
Pricing is honest. The floor is 50,000 BDT. Standard tiers are 50,000 / 90,000 / 1,50,000 BDT, custom builds start at 3,00,000. Payment is 50% advance via bKash, Nagad, or bank, 50% on launch. If you do not approve the design, I do not start coding. That is the design-approval guarantee, written in plain text on the invoice.
