The senior operator behind the work
Why Khulna businesses keep paying for likes and waiting for a phone that never rings
Here is the pattern I keep seeing in Khulna. A business that should be growing — a shrimp or seafood exporter handling real volume, a clothing and lifestyle showroom on KDA Avenue, a diagnostic chamber near Khulna Medical, a furniture or electronics dealer around Shibbari and Dakbangla supplying half the south-west — decides to take digital seriously. So they pay a couple of thousand taka to a 'Facebook marketing' boy, who boosts a post, sends back a screenshot of reach and likes, and goes quiet until next month's payment is due.
The likes come from accounts that will never visit the showroom or place an order. The phone rings no more than it did before. That is not marketing — that is paying for applause. I built this practice to close exactly that gap.
I am RH Fardin, and I run this solo on purpose. Every Google Ads campaign, every SEO audit, every Facebook and Instagram ad set, every landing page — I touch it myself. There is no junior parked on your account, no account manager forwarding your messages, no 'let me check with the team.' When your cost-per-lead spikes or Search Console throws a warning, you do not wait three days for a support ticket — you message me on WhatsApp and I open the account.
Khulna is a serious divisional market, but the senior marketing talent almost always drifts off to Dhaka, so most owners here have never once worked with someone who genuinely understands both the strategy and the buttons. That single relationship is what I offer.
Around five years in, I know what actually moves a Khulna buyer, and it is not the Dhaka playbook copied south. It is ad copy that answers 'koto taka' in the first line, because a Khulna buyer asks price before anything else and will not message you just to find out. It is landing pages that load on a mid-range Android on the patchy data you really get out past Sonadanga and Daulatpur, with bKash and Nagad flows that do not break halfway through.
It is Bangla-first creatives written the way Khulna people actually talk — plain, direct, no out-of-town gloss. And it is respecting the rhythm of a port-and-export city, where a shrimp exporter's enquiries follow buying cycles and a showroom's traffic swings hard around Eid and Pohela Boishakh. That last-mile fit is the whole difference between burning a budget and getting it back.
Best, to me, also means saying no. I do not chase awards, I do not sell six services I cannot personally deliver, and I will tell you on the first call if Google Ads is the wrong channel for your business — or if your real problem is a slow website rather than the ads on top of it. I take a small number of Khulna clients deliberately, because that is the only way one senior person stays this hands-on through a client's busy stretch.
If you want a logo on a big office, I am not your match. If you want the person who wrote your proposal to be the same person logged into your Ads Manager at 11pm fixing a broken tag, that is exactly what this is.
