The senior operator behind the work
Why Chattogram keeps overpaying for marketing that does not move
I see the same pattern again and again in Chattogram. A business doing real volume decides to take digital seriously and looks for the best digital marketing company in Chittagong. It might be an importer off Khatunganj, a showroom on CDA Avenue, a clinic in Khulshi, or a clearing-and-forwarding firm near the port. Then it usually picks one of two bad options.
Option one is a Dhaka agency that pitches over Zoom and assigns a junior. That junior never grasps that the buyer is a port-city trader, not a Gulshan shopper. Option two is a two-room setup near the GEC circle. It boosts a few Facebook posts, sends a screenshot of 'reach', and calls it marketing. Months later the posts have lots of likes from random accounts and zero new orders. I built this practice to close that gap.
I am RH Fardin, and I run this solo on purpose. I personally touch every Google Ads campaign, SEO audit, Facebook and Instagram ad set, and landing page. There is no junior on your account and no account manager forwarding your emails. You never hear 'the team will look into it'.
Say your cost per lead spikes, or Search Console flags a problem. You do not raise a ticket and wait three days. You message me on WhatsApp, and I open the account. Many Chattogram owners are used to being last on a Dhaka agency's list. For them, that alone changes the relationship.
After about five years, I know what works for a Chattogram buyer. It is not the Dhaka playbook copied south. It is ad copy that answers 'koto taka' in the first line, because the port-city buyer asks price before anything else. It is landing pages that load on a mid-range Android with one bar of signal in GEC or Agrabad traffic. A heavy template that stalls for nine seconds makes the customer tap back.
It is bKash and Nagad flows that do not break on an older phone. It is Bangla-English creatives written the way a Chattogram trader really talks: direct and price-first. Dhaka polish reads as out-of-town here. That last-mile local fit is the whole difference between spend and return.
To me, best also means saying no. I do not chase awards. I do not pitch six services I cannot personally deliver. In the first call, I will tell you if Google Ads is the wrong channel for you. I will also tell you if your real problem is the website, not the ads.
I take a small number of Chattogram clients on purpose. It is the only way one senior person stays this hands-on. If you want a logo on a 40-desk office, I am not it. If you want the person on the proposal call to be the same person in your Ads Manager at 11pm, this is exactly that.
