Why "best corporate website design company in Rajshahi" is a loaded phrase
In a city with no real senior corporate web talent, "best" should mean the person who does the work — not the loudest claim.
Search "best corporate website design company in Rajshahi" and you will get two kinds of result, and neither is what a serious firm actually needs. One is a local computer-and-print shop that built websites as a side business to selling banners and visiting cards — they will give you a recoloured template in a week for 15,000 taka, and it will read to your buyers exactly like that. The other is a Dhaka agency running ads at your city: the pitch is slick, the proposal is heavy, and the build quietly drops onto a junior in Mirpur who has never written a board-ready About page and has no idea what a Rajshahi silk exporter or a tender-bidding supply firm actually is. "Best" in this market does not mean the biggest team or the highest ranking. It means the senior person who personally designs and codes your site and answers when you call — and there is not a long list of those here.
I am RH Fardin. For around five years I have designed and built corporate websites for Bangladeshi companies, and a real share of them are firms outside the capital that carry the same disadvantage Rajshahi firms do: a buyer who has never seen the office and judges the whole company on a website in about five seconds. I take on a deliberately small number of projects because I am the one mapping your site structure, designing it in Figma, writing the copy that makes a tender officer trust you, coding the front end, and laying out the pages where an importer or a procurement committee actually looks. There is no salesman in front of me and no junior behind me. The senior hand you brief is the senior hand that builds.
What makes a corporate site genuinely the best one in Rajshahi is rarely animation or a flashy hero video — those things actively hurt you with a conservative tender officer or an overseas importer. It is judgement about who is reading. A silk or handloom house around Sopura is judged by foreign and Dhaka buyers on whether it looks like a real, established trade name. A mango or agro exporter whose whole year hangs on a few months is judged on whether it looks like it can actually fulfil volume. A construction or electrical-supply firm living off government and NGO tenders is judged on whether its registration, experience and past work show up the second a committee cross-checks it online. A coaching or education group that grew off Rajshahi University's pull is judged by parents on trust and results. Knowing which of those you are, and building the site so that five-second judgement lands in your favour — that is the work, and it does not come from a template library.
Pricing is honest and fixed, and it is the same price you would pay in Dhaka minus the capital markup — because you are funding one senior operator, not a Gulshan office. 50,000 BDT for a focused corporate credibility site: company, leadership, what you do, and a contact line that reaches a real person. 90,000 BDT for the standard multi-page build with service or product pages, client and buyer logos, certifications, and a careers or notices section. 1,50,000 BDT for a full bilingual corporate site with deeper navigation, a downloadable company profile for tenders, and buyer-facing export pages. From 3,00,000 BDT for fully custom builds designed from a blank canvas. Always 50% advance, 50% on launch — bKash, Nagad or bank transfer — and you approve the full design before a single line of code exists. If you do not approve the visual direction, you do not pay the balance.
