Who builds your store
An affordable Dhaka store does not mean a cheap one
Most Dhaka entrepreneurs asking for an affordable online store have already been burned once. A relative-of-a-friend built something on a free WordPress theme, took 20,000 taka, and disappeared after the second support message. The site still loads, somehow, but products are out of stock, the checkout breaks on iPhone, and Pathao Courier integration was never finished. Affordable does not have to mean that experience again.
I am RH Fardin, a solo website designer and developer based in Bangladesh with around five years of full-time work on the kind of small-to-mid online stores that Dhaka actually runs on — clothing brands shipping from Mirpur, a beauty seller in Banani working through Instagram DMs, a snack brand using Steadfast and Pathao at once. I personally design the store, wire the payments, set the order workflow, and hand over a working dashboard. There is no junior, no offshore handoff, no account manager translating your requirements.
Affordable, in my pricing, starts at 50,000 BDT. That is not a stripped-down trial. It is a real catalogue, a real cart, a real checkout, bKash and Nagad payment instructions or gateway integration depending on what you qualify for, a COD option (because most Dhaka shoppers still want it), order email and SMS notifications, and an admin panel where your team can add products without calling me. Tiers move up to 90,000 and 1,50,000 BDT when you need more — variants, inventory, customer accounts, advanced shipping rules. Custom builds start at 3,00,000 BDT.
The trade for the affordable price is focus. You get one operator, a clear scope written before we start, 50 per cent advance and 50 per cent on launch, and a design-approval guarantee — I do not move into development until you sign off on the look. What you do not get is a cast of account managers padding the invoice, or a six-figure brief for a store that should cost 50,000 taka.
