Almost every quote for a WordPress website development price in Bangladesh starts the same way. The developer asks, "sir, koto pages?" Then someone throws out a number, and the client says yes. Three weeks later, new bills arrive. There is a "premium plugin license charge" and a "hosting setup fee". There is a "speed optimization" upsell and a "content entry" bill. The original 35,000 BDT becomes 80,000 by launch.
That is not a pricing strategy. It is a trap. I run my WordPress work the opposite way. I publish tiers with a fixed scope for each one. Before you pay anything, you get a written list of what is and is not included.
I am RH Fardin, a solo website designer and developer. I have spent about five years building WordPress sites for BD businesses, brands and professionals. I do the design in Figma, the WordPress build, the plugin choices, the content placement and the launch myself. No junior subcontractor will take over your project halfway through and start asking questions you already answered.

Then I will tell you it is a custom quote starting from 3,00,000 BDT. Either way, you will know your bracket before lunch.

Some sites need premium plugins for forms, security, backup or SEO. The first-year licence cost is inside the tier price. No surprise invoice for Elementor Pro or Rank Math Pro a week into the build.
I do not resell hosting at a markup. I set up the domain and hosting in your own name with a recommended BD or international provider. Or I move the site to hosting you already own. You keep full ownership of every login.
Two BD agencies may quote you 30,000 BDT and 1,50,000 BDT for the same brief. Neither is necessarily lying, but they are quoting two very different things. The 30,000 BDT quote is almost always a free theme, a nulled premium plugin and stock photos. It comes with demo content you must replace, and zero SEO setup. The 1,50,000 BDT quote is custom design in Figma with proper plugin licences and a hand-written copy structure. It adds schema, GA4, Search Console, speed work, and a developer who answers after launch.
So what really drives the cost in Bangladesh? First, the number of unique page templates. Second, whether the design is custom or template-based. Third, whether premium plugins are licensed or pirated. Fourth, whether content is written and entered for you, or handed over as a blank skeleton. Fifth, how serious the SEO foundation is. Anything cheaper than 50,000 BDT for a custom WordPress site usually means at least two of those corners were quietly cut.
Some add-ons fairly raise the price. WooCommerce with bKash and Nagad gateways usually pushes you into the Pro tier. Others include proper Bangla typography work and a multi-author blog with editorial roles. Custom post types with ACF for portfolios or case studies count too. So does high-end speed work to stay under a 3-second mobile load on Bangladeshi 4G.
None of those are surprise extras. They are choices you make upfront. On our first call, I walk through this exact list with you and mark which ones apply. Then the tier becomes obvious. There is no quote-after-quote dance and no follow-up calls to chase a number.

Usually they install a free theme with demo content. They use nulled or pirated premium plugins, which break and create security holes. They skip SEO setup entirely and count on upsells to win back their margin. I do not work that way. That is why my floor is 50,000 BDT. My tier prices include licensed plugins, custom design and a real launch checklist.
I can add a domain and one year of recommended hosting at actual cost, with no markup. Or you can buy them yourself in your own name, and I will configure everything. I do not resell hosting, because it creates a lock-in I do not want and you do not need. Whichever path you choose, all logins stay in your name.
The standard split is 50% advance to begin and 50% on launch. I accept bKash, Nagad, bank transfer, or an international wire for clients paying from abroad. For the Pro tier and custom projects, I sometimes split payment into three milestones of 40, 40 and 20 percent. These are tied to design approval, build completion and launch.
Every tier includes placing, formatting and entering the copy you provide. Original copywriting is a separate add-on. Good Bangla and English copy is its own craft, and pricing it inside a build would not be fair to either of us. I can recommend trusted BD copywriters, or quote it as a custom add-on.
The Growth and Pro tiers include 30 days of support after launch, for fixes and small tweaks at no extra charge. After that, you can hire me on a monthly maintenance retainer. That covers theme and plugin updates, backups, security monitoring and small content changes. Or you can pay per task. You are never locked in, and the site is fully yours from day one.
