Who you're actually hiring
An "agency" that is one person who does the whole job
Let me be straight with you, because the word "agency" sets an expectation I won't fake. When you hire a typical WordPress agency in Bangladesh, you get a sales call from one person, a contract, and then your project quietly moves to a junior you never speak to. Decisions get lost in WhatsApp groups. The person who pitched you isn't the person writing the code. I do it differently because I am the agency: I'm RH Fardin, and I personally design, build and ship every WordPress site I take on.
I've been building on WordPress for roughly five years, which in practice means I've broken enough things to know how to not break them. I know which page builders bloat your site and which themes turn into a maintenance nightmare two updates later. I know how to set up WordPress so a non-technical client in Dhaka or Khulna can log in, change a phone number or add a blog post, and not be afraid of clicking the wrong button.
Because there's no overhead, no office to fund, no junior whose mistakes I'm cleaning up, the price you pay goes into the actual work. A standard WordPress build starts at 50,000 BDT, with tiers at 50,000 / 90,000 / 1,50,000 BDT depending on how many pages and how much custom design you need. Larger custom WordPress projects start from 3,00,000 BDT. Payment is simple: 50% to begin, 50% when it goes live.
And I don't ship a design you haven't approved. You see the layout and sign off on it before I write the production code, so you're never surprised by what lands on your screen. That's the design-approval guarantee, and it exists because I'd rather get it right with you up front than argue about it after launch.
