Khulna · Pricing, plainly
What a website actually costs in Khulna - and what changes the price
Most Khulna business owners I talk to have already asked three or four people "website development price koto?" and got three or four wildly different answers - 8,000 taka from a college student on Facebook, 1.2 lakh from a Dhaka agency that never picks up after the advance, and a shrug from the cousin who "knows computers." That spread isn't a market. It's noise. So here's the floor, in writing: I don't build a website for under ৳50,000, and I'll explain exactly what that number buys you instead of leaving you to guess.
The three tiers are ৳50,000, ৳90,000, and ৳1,50,000. The 50k tier is a clean, fast, mobile-first site for a Khulna business that needs to look credible and load instantly - a jute or frozen-fish exporter who emails the link to an overseas buyer, a clinic on KDA Avenue, a contractor near Shibbari Mor. The 90k tier adds real structure: more pages, proper on-page SEO so you can rank for "khulna" searches, lead forms, multi-language if you sell abroad. The 1,50,000 tier is for businesses that need their site to do work - bookings, a small catalogue, bKash/Nagad-ready checkout, integrations. Anything genuinely custom - a portal, a heavy ecommerce build, custom software - starts at ৳3,00,000, and I'll say so honestly rather than cram it into a tier it won't fit.
What actually moves the price isn't "Khulna vs Dhaka" - it's scope. Page count, whether you need ecommerce, how much copy and product data you're handing me versus expecting me to create, whether you want ongoing SEO, and how custom the design is. A five-page company profile and a forty-product online store are not the same job, and no honest developer can quote both with one number. When you message me, tell me what the site has to do for your business. I'll map it to a tier on the spot - and if your idea fits the 50k tier, I won't upsell you into 90k to pad the invoice.
Payment is simple and protects both of us: 50% advance to start, 50% on launch - and bKash, Nagad or bank transfer all work, so you're not chasing a payment gateway just to pay me. The advance isn't me disappearing with your money; it's me blocking out the time to design and build properly. And before any of that production work begins, you approve the design. If the look isn't right, we fix it at the mockup stage - not after the site is live and you're stuck with something you quietly dislike.
