Who quotes you
One senior designer in Dhaka, one price sheet, no surprise add-ons
Ask ten agencies in Dhanmondi or Gulshan for a website design price in Dhaka and you'll get ten different answers — usually after a long meeting, a 'requirements form', and a follow-up call that ends with 'sir, budget koto?' That whole dance exists because the price was never decided in advance. I work the other way around: the tiers are published, the scope under each tier is written down, and the only conversation we need is which tier fits your business — not how much I can squeeze out of you.
I am RH Fardin, a website designer and developer based in Bangladesh with about five years of full-time work behind me. I personally handle the discovery call, the wireframes, the visual design, the build, the on-page SEO setup, the launch and the handover. No junior 'designer' opens Figma after the contract is signed. No reseller in another city is secretly building your WordPress site at quarter price. The person who quotes you is the person who ships your site.
Every quote I send to a Dhaka client uses the same three-tier price sheet — Starter at 50,000 BDT, Growth at 90,000 BDT, Premium at 1,50,000 BDT — plus fully custom builds from 3,00,000 BDT for anything heavier. Payment is 50% advance, 50% on launch, settled by bKash, Nagad or direct bank transfer, with a proper invoice. The advance is genuinely refundable in the design phase: if you don't approve the look, you don't pay the balance.
What you won't find here are the games that make Dhaka web pricing so painful — the 15,000 BDT bait quote that turns into 80,000 BDT once 'hosting, SSL, contact form and Bangla font' get billed separately, the 'unlimited revisions' clause that turns into a fight, or the silent handover to a junior in Mirpur the day after invoice clears. One operator, one number, one site shipped on schedule.
