Because at 15,000 BDT, nobody in Bangladesh is shipping a real custom WordPress site, a working contact form, a proper Bangla font setup, page-speed work, on-page SEO, an SSL, and three weeks of revisions. Those quotes are either nulled themes dropped on cheap hosting, junior practice work, or bait numbers that triple by invoice. I quote the full job once and ship the full job once.

Hosting and SSL setup are included in the build fee — I configure them properly. The actual hosting plan and the .com / .com.bd domain renewal are billed at cost on your own account (typically 8,000–15,000 BDT/year combined depending on plan), in your name, so you own everything. No 'rented' hosting where I disappear and your site dies.
