Pricing, Bogura
Why "website design price in Bogura" has no single answer - and how to read the quotes you get
The first message I get from almost every Bogura business owner is some version of "bhai, website korte koto taka?" It is the right thing to ask, but the reason nobody gives you a clean answer is that "website" means ten different things. A one-page shop site and a 15-page wholesale catalogue with online ordering are both "a website," and they are not remotely the same job. So before you compare prices, you have to compare what is actually inside each quote - number of pages, whether you are selling or just being found, custom design versus a recycled template, and who is doing the work. Two quotes 80,000 taka apart usually are not pricing the same thing at all.
Here is my pricing, and it does not move behind a sales call. The floor is 50,000 BDT, because under that you cannot honestly deliver a fast, custom, mobile-first site that holds up - anything cheaper is a template with someone else's photos still in it. 50,000 BDT gets a sharp small-business site. 90,000 BDT is for a bigger service or product business with more pages and custom sections. 1,50,000 BDT covers a serious build - ecommerce, bookings, bilingual, heavier functionality.
If you need something genuinely bespoke - a web app, a complex catalogue, custom integrations - that is a custom project from 3,00,000 BDT. I will tell you on the call which tier your Bogura business actually needs, and it is usually the smaller one.
The biggest difference between my number and a Dhaka firm's is not the work - it is the overhead you are quietly paying for. A capital agency's price includes rent on a Gulshan or Karwan Bazar office, a sales person's commission, and a project manager who mostly forwards emails. Roughly a third of that invoice reaches the person actually touching your file. With me there is no middle. The senior person who scopes your project is the one who designs it, writes the code and hands you the live site.
That is why a 90,000 BDT site from me routinely does more than a 1,50,000 BDT site from a shop that subcontracts the real build to a junior in Mirpur.
And the trap at the cheap end of Bogura is not the build price - it is the bill you do not see coming. A 12,000-taka "package" near Satmatha usually means you do not own the domain, the hosting renews through them at a marked-up rate every year, and editing a single line costs a "maintenance fee." Add it up over two years and the cheap site is the expensive one.
My pricing is the opposite: one fixed build cost, the domain registered in your name, hosting on an account I hand to you, and every login written up at launch. Payment is 50% advance and 50% on launch by bKash, Nagad or bank transfer, and the design-approval guarantee means we lock the look before development - your final 50% only falls due once the live site matches what you signed off on.
