Who builds your Uttara website
One senior designer-developer, not a 12-person agency you never meet
Most Uttara business owners I talk to have already been burned once. They paid a Dhanmondi agency 40,000 taka two years ago, got a template, watched the site sit broken on a slow shared host, and now their Facebook page is doing more work than the website. The frustrating part is they were never told why the original site failed, so they assume websites just don't work in Bangladesh. They do. The build just has to be done by someone senior enough to make real decisions.
I am RH Fardin. I work as a solo website designer and developer based in Bangladesh, with around five years of focused experience on small and mid-sized business sites for clients in Uttara, greater Dhaka, Chattogram and abroad. There is no team behind me. When you message about website design and development in Uttara, you are talking to the person who will draw the wireframe, write the front-end, configure the CMS, and push the site live.
My work usually combines a clean visual identity with serious attention to how Bangladeshi buyers actually browse, which is on a mid-range Android phone, on patchy 4G, with one thumb. That means real performance budgets, real image compression, real font loading, and Bangla-friendly typography that does not break the layout. It also means the contact path is built around how Uttara customers really reach out, which is often a WhatsApp tap, a phone call, or a quick bKash payment link.
I will not pretend to be an agency to win a job. If your project is genuinely a 50-person enterprise platform, I will tell you so and bow out. But if you are an Uttara clinic, school, restaurant, real estate office, fashion brand, manufacturer or service business that wants a website you can be proud of and that actually brings inquiries, I am probably the right person to build it.
