About the operator
One person designs it, codes it and launches it
Most Mirpur owners I meet have already burned 15,000–30,000 BDT on a half-finished site. A cousin started it. A Fiverr seller delivered a Bootstrap template. A local agency promised five members on the call and disappeared after the advance. The site is somewhere — on a hosting nobody can log into, with a domain registered under someone else's email. I rebuild a lot of those, and the first job is always recovering control before any design begins.
I am RH Fardin, a solo website designer and developer based in Bangladesh with around 5 years of full-time work for local businesses. Every Mirpur project I take — discovery call, sitemap, copy direction, design in Figma, the actual code, hosting setup, SSL, indexing — runs through one head. There is no project manager forwarding your message, no junior copy-pasting from a competitor. You message me, I reply.
I work small on purpose. Two or three serious websites at a time, not twelve. That is why a Mirpur business website lands in 2–3 weeks instead of getting stuck in the dreaded 'next week sir' loop for four months. It is also why I refuse projects I am not the right fit for — if you want a 50-page enterprise portal with three integrations, you need a team, not me, and I will say so on the first call.
What you get for your 50,000 / 90,000 / 1,50,000 BDT is a website that actually reflects how a Mirpur buyer behaves: opens it on a mid-range Android over 4G, scrolls fast, taps Call or WhatsApp, asks 'koto taka?', and decides in under a minute. The whole design is built around that one moment.
