What you're really buying when you hire a website design agency in Rajshahi
An agency sells you process and a team. On a Rajshahi-price site, the team thins to one junior and the process becomes an invoice.
When a Rajshahi business owner searches for a website design agency, the word "agency" is doing a specific job in their head. It means: not a gamble, not a lone student who vanishes — a real outfit with a process, a few people who can cover for each other, someone senior keeping an eye on quality, and a number you can still call in six months. That instinct is completely sound. The problem is the arithmetic underneath a 50,000-to-1,50,000-taka project. To run a team, an office on the Upashahar or Shaheb Bazar side, and an account manager, an agency has to spread those people across many clients at once and protect its margin on each. On a Bangladesh-price site, the only way that math works is to win you with the senior person on the pitch and then hand the actual build to whichever junior is free that week. You paid for the org chart. You got the cheapest seat in it.
I run the opposite model, deliberately. There is no bench to keep busy and no margin to defend by downgrading your build, so the senior person stays on the actual work — including the 50,000-taka work. I'm RH Fardin, one solo senior designer, around five years building sites for the businesses Rajshahi genuinely runs on: silk and clothing houses around Sopura, BSCIC and New Market that need to look as fine online as their fabric does on the shelf; mango and agro traders who are flat-out for a few weeks and quiet for the rest of the year; coaching centres and admission-prep institutes feeding off Rajshahi University, RUET and the medical college; clinics and diagnostic chambers around Laxmipur and the Medical area; and the development-sector and NGO offices that cluster in a divisional headquarters like this one. The person who reads your first WhatsApp message is the person who maps the pages, designs every screen in Figma, writes the front-end code, sets up the on-page SEO, does the speed pass and ships it. No "we'll assign someone." No account manager relaying your brief badly to a developer who never heard your voice.
Here's the honest distinction, because "agency vs freelancer" is the wrong fight. What you wanted from an agency was a process — discovery, a real design step, sign-off, testing, a clean launch — and continuity, a person still reachable after the second invoice clears. Those are good things to want. But a process doesn't need a layer of people between you and the work; it just needs someone senior who refuses to skip steps. I run a tight one: a proper discovery call where I learn what your buyer actually does before I touch a page, a full design in Figma you approve in writing, in-scope revisions until it's genuinely right, mobile and speed testing on real devices, and a launch with your domain, hosting and files in your own name. That is more process than most Rajshahi 'agencies' actually deliver on a small site — it's just run by one accountable person instead of dissolved across three.
Pricing is fixed and plain, with no agency markup for an office and no "package" theatre. 50,000 BDT for a focused site — who you are, what you do, real photos, and a contact line that genuinely reaches you. 90,000 BDT for a fuller multi-page build with service or product sections, a gallery, booking or proper lead capture. 1,50,000 BDT for a content-deep, often bilingual site with deeper navigation and buyer-facing pages. Fully custom builds start from 3,00,000 BDT. Always 50% advance and 50% on launch — bKash, Nagad or bank transfer — and you approve the full design before a single line of production code is written. No default monthly "maintenance" or "SEO" charge bolted on that turns out to be a bill for nothing, which is the quiet engine most local agency packages run on.
