Pricing built for Gulshan buyers
Why a Gulshan-based business deserves a real price up front
Sit through three quote meetings on Gulshan Avenue and you will hear the same answer to "web development price koto?" — "sir, it depends." It does depend, but not on whether you can afford it. It depends on page count, integrations, and how custom the design has to be. Those are knowable things, not vague ones. After about five years of building sites for businesses across Dhaka, I have learned that founders in Gulshan, Banani and Baridhara have already wasted enough time on guess-the-price games. So this page tells you exactly what each tier costs and what changes the number.
I am RH Fardin, a solo website designer and developer based in Bangladesh. I run my own studio — no juniors, no account manager you never meet again after onboarding. When you pay for web development at any tier, you are paying for a senior operator who personally writes the code, prepares the design, and handles the launch. The price you see is the price you pay. The advance is 50%, the balance is due on launch day, and there is a design-approval guarantee — if you cannot approve the design direction, we stop and you do not pay the second half.
Pricing has three published tiers — 50,000 BDT, 90,000 BDT and 1,50,000 BDT — plus custom work that starts at 3,00,000 BDT. Each tier corresponds to a real scope: a brochure site for a Gulshan boutique consultancy versus a multi-section corporate site for a Banani-based importer versus a custom platform for a startup at WeWork Gulshan. The differences are page count, complexity of forms, content production, integrations with bKash/Nagad or international gateways, multilingual support, and how custom the design and animations need to be. Nothing else inflates the number.
I am also direct about what is not included. Hosting, domain renewals, premium plugin licences and stock imagery are passed through at cost or paid by you directly. Monthly retainers for content updates and SEO are separate. That keeps the build price honest and stops the slow-creep invoicing some Gulshan agencies use to push a 90,000 BDT quote to 1,80,000 BDT by month two.
