Web Application Development Expert in Dhaka

Web application development expert in Dhaka who actually writes the code, not just sells the project

I am RH Fardin. When a Dhaka business needs a real web app — a dashboard, a booking system, an internal tool, a portal your team logs into every morning — you do not need a 14-person 'software house'. You need one person who can architect it, build it, and answer the phone when something breaks at 11pm. That is me. I design it, I write every line, I deploy it, and I hand it over so you own it.

Around 5 years building for Bangladeshi businesses. Web app projects from 50,000 BDT, custom builds from 3,00,000 BDT. 50% advance, 50% on launch. Design approved before any code is written.

About hiring an expert, not an agency

In Dhaka, 'web app developer' and 'web app expert' are two very different invoices

Half the people in Dhaka who tell you they build web applications have actually built websites with a login form glued on top. That distinction does not matter on the demo. It matters six weeks later when 40 of your staff are using it at once, the data starts going inconsistent, the search slows to a crawl, and the original 'developer' has stopped replying because he was always a WordPress guy who took a job he could not finish. A real web application development expert in Dhaka thinks about state, permissions, concurrency and failure before drawing a single screen — because those are the parts that quietly destroy a project after launch.

I am RH Fardin, and I work as a single senior operator, not a software house with a sales desk in Gulshan and the actual coding outsourced to whoever is cheapest that month. When you hire me as your web application development expert in Dhaka, the person who scopes the project, the person who designs the interface, and the person typing the backend are all me. Nothing gets lost in a handoff between a manager, a junior in Mirpur and a designer who never read the requirements, because there is no handoff. There is one head holding the whole system.

Roughly five years of this has taught me where Dhaka web apps actually die: too many features promised in month one, no thought given to who owns the server, and no plan for the day the founder wants to add a third user role. So I scope tight, I build the spine first, and I write things down. You get a real specification, a clickable design you sign off on, code I can explain line by line, and a handover so your next developer — if you ever switch — is not staring at a black box.

I am also blunt about fit. If what you need is a five-page company website, you do not need a web app expert and I will tell you so on the first call instead of upselling you into a 3 lakh build you will never fully use. But if you have a workflow that lives in spreadsheets and WhatsApp and is starting to cost you money in mistakes, that is exactly the problem a real web application is built to solve — and exactly what I do.

What's included

What you get when you hire me as your web app expert in Dhaka

These are not generic 'we do web development' bullet points. This is specifically what a senior web application build with me looks like for a Dhaka business.

01

One head, no handoffs

The person you brief is the person who codes it. No requirements lost between an account manager in Banani and a junior who never saw your business. You explain it once.

02

Architecture before UI

I design the data model, user roles and permissions before drawing screens. That is the difference between a web app that survives 50 daily users and one that corrupts data in month two.

03

Built for Dhaka networks

Your staff will use it on patchy office WiFi and 4G in the field. I build for slow, flaky connections — proper loading states, offline-tolerant forms, no white screen of death on a dropped request.

04

bKash / Nagad inside the flow

If your app takes payments or logs them, I wire bKash and Nagad in as a real part of the workflow — payment status, references, reconciliation — not a phone number pasted on a page.

05

Role-based access done right

Admin, manager, staff, accounts — each sees only what they should. Most cheap Dhaka 'web apps' skip this and leak data. I treat permissions as part of the build, not an afterthought.

06

You own the whole system

Source code, database, server access and a written handover are all yours. If you fire me tomorrow, your next developer can pick it up. No lock-in, no held-hostage credentials.

In focus

The kind of web apps Dhaka businesses actually hire an expert to build

The requests are remarkably consistent across the city. A Motijheel trading firm wants to stop running inventory on three disconnected Excel files and a WhatsApp group, so they ask for a stock-and-order portal where sales, warehouse and accounts see the same live numbers. A Gulshan clinic wants an appointment and patient-record system that the front desk and the doctors both trust. A Banani logistics outfit wants a delivery-tracking dashboard their riders update from a phone. A coaching centre in Dhanmondi wants student attendance, fee status and a parent login.

None of these are websites. They are workflows that someone's day depends on, and that is why they need a web application development expert in Dhaka rather than the cheapest quote in a Facebook group.

What I actually do with those briefs is unglamorous and it works. First I find the one or two screens the business genuinely lives in every day and I build those properly before anything else, so you see real value early instead of a half-finished menu of features. I design the permission map up front — who can edit, who can only view, who can export — because in a real Dhaka office that is where trust either holds or breaks.

I keep the first version tight on purpose: the goal is a tool your team adopts in week one, not a sprawling system that impresses on a slide and gets abandoned. Then we add the second layer once people are actually using it. That sequencing is most of what separates a web app that earns its 3,00,000 BDT from one that becomes another abandoned login screen.

Frequently asked

Straight answers before we build.

The questions Dhaka founders and operations heads actually ask before hiring a web app expert.

Koto taka? What does a web application cost with an expert in Dhaka?

Smaller web apps with a tight, well-defined scope can start at 50,000 BDT, and there are 90,000 BDT and 1,50,000 BDT tiers for more pages, roles and integrations. But a genuine custom web application — multiple user roles, real workflows, dashboards, payment and reporting — starts at 3,00,000 BDT, because it is engineering, not a template. Payment is 50% advance, 50% on launch. I give you a fixed number after the first call, once I understand what the app has to do.

What makes you an 'expert' and not just another web developer in Dhaka?

Two things. First, I treat web apps as software, not as websites with a password — I design the data model, roles and failure cases before any screen, which is the part most cheap quotes skip and the part that breaks under real users. Second, I am one senior person who has shipped real systems for around five years, so the same head that scopes your app also builds it. You are not paying for an agency layer that forwards your message to a junior.

Do I need a full custom build, or will a 50,000 BDT version work for me?

Depends on what the app does. If it is essentially one or two screens — a simple internal form-and-list tool, a lightweight portal — the lower tiers can genuinely fit. The moment you need several user roles, payment handling, real reporting or concurrent staff usage, it crosses into custom territory from 3,00,000 BDT. I will tell you honestly which side of that line you are on, even if it means a smaller invoice.

Can my app handle bKash and Nagad payments?

Yes, and properly — meaning payment status, transaction references and reconciliation are part of the workflow, not a number stuck on a page. For the project itself, your 50% advance can come via bKash, Nagad, bank transfer or international wire, with a proper invoice so it goes through your books cleanly. Final 50% is due on launch.

I am in Gulshan / Banani / Motijheel — do you meet in person?

I work remotely across Dhaka, but for a real web app I am happy to meet for the kickoff at a cafe or your office in Gulshan, Banani, Dhanmondi or Motijheel, because mapping a workflow is faster face to face. After that, most of the project runs over WhatsApp and screen-share calls, which is part of how I keep the cost sane instead of agency-level.

What if the design is wrong? Am I locked in after the advance?

No. Every project has a design-approval guarantee — for a web app I send you the core screens and the user-flow before I write the real backend. You sign off on how it works first. If you genuinely do not like the direction after one revision round, I refund the advance minus a fair fee for the design work done. The whole point is that you commit money only once you can see what you are actually getting.
