Travel Agency Website Design in Dhaka

Travel agency website design in Dhaka for agencies that sell flights, Umrah packages and tours, not just brochures.

Most travel agency websites in Dhaka are a logo, a few stock photos of Cox's Bazar, and a phone number. Yours should let a traveller see your air ticket fare or Umrah package, trust you in ten seconds, and message you on WhatsApp before they scroll to a competitor. I design and build the whole thing myself.

One senior designer & developer. ~5 years building sites for Bangladeshi businesses. 50% advance, 50% on launch, and you approve the design before I write a line of code.

Travel websites, done properly

Your agency lives and dies on trust before payment

Here is the hard truth about selling travel online in Bangladesh: nobody hands over 1,80,000 BDT for an Umrah package to a website that looks like it was made in 2014. Travel is one of the few things people pay for months before they receive anything, so the entire job of a travel agency website is to make a stranger believe you will actually deliver the flight, the visa and the hotel. That belief is built in seconds, and a cheap-looking site destroys it instantly.

I'm RH Fardin, a website designer and developer based in Bangladesh, and I've spent around five years building sites for local businesses that need to convert, not just exist. I work as one senior operator. When you hire me for travel agency web design in Dhaka, I'm the person who maps your packages, designs the layout, writes the structure, and ships the live site. No junior is quietly learning on your project, and no account manager is forwarding your messages to someone you'll never meet.

Travel agencies have a specific problem most web designers ignore: your inventory changes constantly. Air ticket fares move daily, Umrah packages shift with the season, group tour dates fill up. So I don't build you a frozen brochure. I build a site where you can update a package, swap a tour date, or post a new Hajj deadline yourself, from your phone, without calling me every week or paying a maintenance fee just to change a price.

And because almost every Bangladeshi traveller will find you on a phone, often on patchy mobile data while comparing three agencies in WhatsApp at once, I build mobile-first. The fare table has to be readable, the WhatsApp and call buttons have to be one thumb-tap away, and the page has to load fast even on a 3G signal in a Dhaka traffic jam. That's where bookings are won or lost.

What's included

What you actually get

Not a template with your logo pasted on. A travel agency website in Dhaka designed around how Bangladeshi travellers research, compare and finally message an agency they trust.

01

Package pages that sell

Dedicated, scannable pages for Umrah, Hajj, Dubai, Malaysia, Thailand and domestic tours, each with inclusions, price, duration and a visible enquire button. The traveller sees exactly what's covered before they ask 'koto taka?'.

02

Self-service updates

Fares and seasonal packages change weekly. I set the site up so you can edit prices, add a new tour date or pull a sold-out package yourself, without paying me every time the airline changes a fare.

03

WhatsApp-first enquiries

Bangladeshi travellers don't fill long forms, they message. Sticky WhatsApp and call buttons on every page, plus a short enquiry form, so a 11pm visitor becomes a conversation in your inbox, not a lost lead.

04

Visa & trust signals

Layouts that surface your IATA/ATAB or trade-licence details, real office address and team photos up front, because travellers paying months in advance are scanning hard for any reason to trust or doubt you.

05

Built for Dhaka phones

Mobile-first design that loads fast on 3G and 4G, with fare tables and itineraries that stay readable on a small screen. No pinching, no broken layouts, no waiting while the page hangs.

06

bKash & Nagad ready

Whether you take a booking deposit via bKash, Nagad, bank transfer or in person, the site makes your payment options clear and can collect advance payments so a serious traveller can lock a seat on the spot.

In focus

The 'air ticket vs. tour package' decision most agencies get wrong online

Travel agencies in Dhaka usually do two very different jobs, and one website has to handle both. On one side you have air ticket buyers: people who already know where they're going, want a fare fast, and will message whichever agency replies first with a clear price. On the other side you have package buyers: families researching Umrah, couples comparing Dubai vs. Maldives, groups planning a Cox's Bazar trip, who need to be sold on the experience, the inclusions and your credibility before money is mentioned. A single 'Contact Us' page serves neither well.

So I design these as two distinct paths through the same site. The ticketing path is fast and transactional: a visible 'get a fare' shortcut, a WhatsApp button with a pre-filled message, route examples, and zero friction. The package path is slower and persuasive: rich pages per destination, clear day-by-day or inclusion breakdowns, real photos over stock where you have them, pricing or a 'starting from' figure so nobody bounces wondering if they can afford you, and trust signals stacked near every call to action. The visitor self-selects within seconds, and you stop losing the impatient ticket buyer to a slow page and the cautious package buyer to a thin one.

Frequently asked

Straight answers before we build.

Straight answers to what travel agency owners in Dhaka actually ask before hiring me.

Travel agency website design in Dhaka koto taka?

Websites start at 50,000 BDT. My three standard tiers are 50,000, 90,000 and 1,50,000 BDT depending on how many package pages, features and custom design you need. A fully custom build, for a larger agency with bigger booking or integration requirements, starts from 3,00,000 BDT. Payment is 50% advance to start and 50% on launch. Tell me how many destinations and packages you run and I'll point you to the right tier honestly, no upselling.

Which tier is right for a small Dhaka travel agency?

If you mainly sell air tickets and a handful of popular packages, the 50,000 BDT tier usually covers it: home page, about, a few package pages, and WhatsApp enquiry. If you run many destinations, Umrah and Hajj seasons, and want to update prices yourself often, the 90,000 or 1,50,000 BDT tier gives you more pages and a proper self-edit setup. We decide together based on your real inventory, not a sales script.

Can travellers pay a booking deposit via bKash or Nagad on the site?

Yes. I can set the site up to clearly show your bKash, Nagad, card and bank options, and to collect an advance deposit online so a serious traveller can lock a seat or package immediately instead of disappearing overnight. Many Dhaka agencies still prefer taking final payment in person or over the phone, which is fine too. We set it up around how you actually take money.

Will I be able to update air fares and packages myself?

Yes, and this matters more for travel than almost any other industry because your prices move constantly. I build the site so you can edit a fare, add a seasonal Umrah package, change a tour date or remove a sold-out trip yourself from your phone. You won't be stuck paying me a fee every time an airline changes a price or a package fills up.

How long does it take to build a travel agency website?

A standard travel site is usually ready in roughly two to four weeks, depending on the tier and how fast you send your packages, prices and photos. The biggest delay is almost always content from your side, so if you have your destination list, inclusions and good photos ready, we move quickly. I'll give you a realistic date up front, not a vague 'soon'.

What if I don't like the design?

You approve the design before I build anything. I work as one senior person, so you deal directly with me throughout, and I won't start development until you're genuinely happy with how the travel agency website looks and how the package and ticketing flows are laid out. That design-approval step is exactly there so you're never surprised by the final result.
