Most sites from a responsive website design company in Dhaka fail a simple test. Open one on a 6.5-inch phone held upright. The hero text wraps strangely. A stock photo of a Western boardroom fills the whole screen. The WhatsApp chat icon covers the menu, and the form fields are too small to tap without zooming.
That is the standard. It is also why responsive design in Dhaka has become a checkbox claim instead of a craft. Most agencies set up a Bootstrap grid. They test it once on a desktop browser by dragging the window narrow, and they call it responsive. It is not.

There are also tap targets that work with thumb-only use, and sticky CTAs that do not block content. Forms should open the right keyboard for phone numbers versus emails. I get these right because I write the CSS myself and test on real devices myself.

The Dhaka agency model usually goes like this. A salesperson takes your brief, and a project coordinator writes a spec. A junior designer draws it in Figma at 1440 pixels wide. A junior developer turns it into code, while a senior reviews it if there is time. The mobile version is an afterthought, because nobody ever drew the design for mobile.
