Real Estate Website Design in Dhaka

Real estate website design in Dhaka for developers and brokers whose biggest problem isn't traffic — it's getting a cautious buyer to believe the project is real.

In Dhaka, a flat is the most expensive thing most families ever buy, and they vet you before they ever call. I design property websites that look like a developer who finishes on time and hands over what was promised — clean project pages, an open price, a brand that survives the brother-in-law's Google search. One senior designer from first call to launch, 50% advance, and you approve the design before any code is written.

Around 5 years designing for Bangladeshi clients. Sites built to make a referred buyer take you seriously, priced from 50,000 BDT, with the look-and-feel signed off by you before development starts.

Design Is The Trust Test

In Dhaka, Your Website Is The Reference Check A Buyer Does Before The Phone Call

A flat in Dhaka is bought on trust before it is bought on price. Before a buyer in Bashundhara or Dhanmondi calls your sales line, he has already shown your website to his wife, his elder brother and the one cousin who 'knows about flats'. The first question is never about square feet — it is 'eder ki chena? eder project handover hoye?' Will these people actually hand over the flat. Your website is where that question gets answered, silently, in the first ten seconds.

If it looks like a two-flat speculator threw it together over a weekend, the conversation is over before it starts. That is the real job of real estate website design in Dhaka, and it has almost nothing to do with sliders and stock photos.

I am RH Fardin, a senior website designer and developer in Bangladesh, working solo for about five years. I design every site myself — the wireframe, the typography, the way a project page is laid out, the live screen. No agency, no junior learning on your project, no account manager standing between you and the person making the decisions. When you message me about your Uttara project or your ready flats in Mohammadpur, you are talking to the one person who designs and ships the whole thing.

Real estate web design in Dhaka has a problem the rest of the world does not: the handover-delay reputation. Buyers here have either been burned or know someone who was — a project sold in 2019, handed over in 2024, two floors short of the brochure. So a Dhaka buyer reads your website defensively, hunting for reasons to distrust you. 'Price on request' reads as hiding something. A blurry RAJUK approval scan reads as fake. A handover date written as 'soon' reads as never. I design the page to disarm that suspicion on purpose — open BDT pricing, a real handover quarter, the approval shown plainly, completed-project photos that prove you finish.

I design for apartment developers, plot sellers in Purbachal and Aftab Nagar, individual landlords with a 6-flat building in Mirpur, and small brokerage brands. Pricing is fixed and public: 50,000 BDT to start, standard tiers at 50,000 / 90,000 / 1,50,000 BDT, and fully custom builds from 3,00,000 BDT. Payment is 50% advance and 50% on launch via bank transfer, bKash or Nagad — and the launch half is not due until you have personally approved the design.

What Real Estate Website Design In Dhaka Should Actually Do

Not a brochure with property photos pasted in. Every choice below is about the same thing — making a cautious, high-ticket Dhaka buyer trust you enough to pick up the phone.

01

Developer Brand First

Before the listings, the site has to say 'this is a real company that finishes projects'. I design a brand layer — completed-project proof, founder/leadership presence, RAJUK status shown plainly — so a referred buyer doing his check comes away reassured, not suspicious.

02

Price Shown Openly

In Dhaka, 'price on request' means 'too expensive, don't bother'. I design project pages that show the BDT price and per-sft rate openly, because hiding it is the single fastest way to lose a serious buyer to the developer down the road who didn't hide it.

03

Proof Of Handover

The whole sale turns on whether you actually deliver. I give completed projects, handover dates and the developer's track record real visual weight on the page — the exact thing a Dhaka buyer's family is checking before they let him sign anything.

04

Ready vs Under-Construction

A ready flat and an off-plan flat are two completely different buys with two different fears. I design distinct page treatments for each — move-in proof for ready units, construction-progress and milestone trust for off-plan — instead of one flat template pretending both are the same.

05

Designed For Mid-Range Android

Your buyer is scrolling on a Symphony or Redmi on Banani 4G, not a 27-inch monitor. Floor plans render as crisp SVG or compressed WebP that open in one tap, galleries lazy-load, and the first project image appears in under three seconds on a weak signal.

06

One Clear Next Step

Every project page drives to a single obvious action — book a site visit, or WhatsApp the sales head with the unit already attached. No buyer in Dhaka fills a ten-field form for a flat; they message. I design for the tap they'll actually make.

In focus

Why The Look Of A Dhaka Property Site Decides The Sale Before A Word Is Read

There is a moment every Dhaka developer underestimates. A buyer gets your project forwarded on WhatsApp by a relative — 'eta dekho, bhalo mone hocche'. He opens the link on his phone in the back of a CNG on the way home. In that first three seconds, before he reads a single line about square feet or location, his brain has already made a verdict on whether you are a serious developer or a speculator. That verdict comes entirely from how the site looks and feels.

Cramped layout, mismatched fonts, a logo stretched out of proportion, a hero photo that is clearly a stock image of a building in Malaysia — and he reads the whole project as risky, no matter how good the actual flat is. This is the part of real estate website design in Dhaka that the cheap-template crowd cannot sell you, because it is not a feature you can tick off a list.

It is craft, and it is the difference between a referred lead that calls and one that quietly closes the tab.

Design is doing invisible work here that no plugin can do. Generous spacing reads as a developer who isn't cutting corners. A consistent typographic system reads as an organised company. Real photography of your completed Mirpur or Bashundhara projects — not rendered glass towers that don't exist yet — reads as proof you deliver. An honest, well-laid-out price section reads as a company with nothing to hide.

None of that is decoration; it is the silent argument your website makes for your credibility while the buyer's wife and brother lean over his shoulder deciding whether you can be trusted with thirty or fifty lakh taka. I design that argument deliberately, project by project, so a real estate website in Dhaka stops being a brochure and starts being the reference check that comes back clean.

Frequently asked

Straight answers before we build.

The questions Dhaka developers, brokers and landlords ask me first about real estate website design.

Real estate website design in Dhaka — koto taka porbe?

Starts at 50,000 BDT for a clean, trust-building site with a strong developer brand section and up to a handful of project pages, open BDT pricing, floor plans and a site-visit form. The 90,000 BDT tier adds filterable listings, distinct ready vs under-construction treatments and WhatsApp lead routing. The 1,50,000 BDT tier adds a Bangla-English toggle, an admin panel your sales team can manage, and richer project galleries. Fully custom builds with broker logins or booking payments start at 3,00,000 BDT. Fixed quote, 50% advance, 50% on launch via bKash, Nagad or bank transfer.

Why does design matter so much for a Dhaka property site — isn't the project itself what sells?

The project sells the flat, but the design decides whether the buyer trusts you enough to look at the project at all. A Dhaka flat is a high-trust, high-ticket purchase, and buyers vet developers by reputation before they call. If your site looks amateur, a referred buyer reads the whole company as risky — handover-delay stories are too common here for anyone to take a chance on a developer who looks careless. Good design is how you pass that silent reference check in the first ten seconds.

What's the difference between this and your real estate website development page?

Design is about the look, the brand and the trust the site creates — the layout, the typography, the way your credibility comes across to a cautious buyer. Development is the engineering underneath — EMI calculators, bKash booking deposits, admin panels, filters. Most developer projects need both, and since I do both myself, you get one person handling the whole thing. This page is for owners whose first problem is that their current site simply doesn't look like a developer anyone would trust.

I sell ready flats, not off-plan projects. Do I really need a fancy website?

Ready flats actually need it more, because your edge is 'move in now, no handover risk' — and that only lands if the site looks credible enough to be believed. I design ready-flat pages around move-in proof: real photos of the finished unit and building, the actual address area in Dhaka, an open price, and a one-tap way to book a visit this week. The whole point is to convert a buyer who is tired of off-plan promises and wants something he can see and touch.

Can you make it work in both Bangla and English?

Yes. A Bangla-English toggle is included from the 1,50,000 BDT tier and available as an add-on below that. Many Dhaka flat buyers — especially older family decision-makers — read Bangla far more comfortably, so the project description, trust copy and price section reading cleanly in Bangla genuinely affects whether the family says yes. I use font pairings that render Bangla properly instead of breaking the diacritics like most cheap themes do.

I'm a broker with listings from several developers, not my own projects. Will this work for me?

Yes, and the design approach actually shifts for you. A broker's trust comes from looking organised, responsive and well-connected rather than from being the developer. I design a clean personal or agency brand, list your active flats and plots across areas like Uttara, Bashundhara and Dhanmondi with open pricing, and put your WhatsApp and call buttons everywhere. The 50,000 BDT package works well as a broker brand site; the 90,000 BDT tier adds proper filtering once you carry more listings.
