Online Store Development in Bogura

Online store development in Bogura, built to run after launch — not just to look finished.

Most Bogura stores die three weeks after going live, when the owner realises orders, stock and bKash confirmations all still land in their own head. I build the store so the system does that work. One senior developer, start to finish, from 50,000 BDT.

~5 years building stores for Bangladeshi sellers. 50% advance, 50% on launch. Nothing ships until you've approved the design.

Online store development · Bogura

The store that looks live but can't actually take an order

Here is the failure I see most in Bogura. Someone pays 12,000 taka, gets a pretty-looking store, posts the link in three Facebook groups — and then every single order still arrives as a comment, an inbox message, or a phone call they have to write down on paper. The 'online store' is really just a catalogue with a cart button that nobody trusts. Within a month the owner is back to selling exactly the way they did before, except now they're also paying hosting.

Bogura sells differently from Dhaka. A lot of business here moves wholesale-to-retail along the Dhaka–Rangpur highway — traders supplying shops across the north, plus retail buyers in town and the upazilas. That means an online store in Bogura has to handle two buyer types at once: the bulk buyer who wants quantity pricing and a delivery date, and the retail buyer who just wants to bKash 800 taka and get one item by courier. A store designed only for one of them quietly loses the other.

So I don't start with how it looks. I start with the order — what happens from the second someone taps 'confirm' to the moment a courier picks up the parcel. Where does the order go. Who gets notified. How does the buyer know their bKash actually counted. How do you not oversell the last three units. Get that flow right and the design has something real to sit on. Get it wrong and no amount of pretty fixes it.

I'm one person and I build the whole thing myself — no agency layer, no junior doing the parts that matter while a salesperson takes your calls. You talk to the person writing the code. After ~5 years doing this for sellers across Bangladesh, I'd rather build you a smaller store that genuinely runs than a big one that looks impressive and breaks the first busy week.

What's included

What you actually get

Six things a Bogura online store needs to survive past launch week — not a feature list, the parts that decide whether you keep running it.

01

Orders in one place

Every order lands in a single dashboard with name, items, quantity, address and payment status. No more scrolling Facebook comments at 11pm trying to remember who ordered what.

02

bKash & Nagad clarity

Buyers pay with bKash or Nagad and immediately see the order confirmed — no 'did it go through?' message. You see which orders are paid and which are still cash-on-delivery, at a glance.

03

Wholesale + retail

Quantity-based pricing for the bulk traders who supply shops up the highway, plus clean single-item checkout for retail buyers in town. One store that serves both Bogura buyer types instead of half of them.

04

Stock that doesn't lie

When the last unit sells, the store stops selling it. You stop the awkward call where you tell a paid customer the item is actually finished — the worst way to lose a repeat buyer in a small market.

05

Courier-ready exports

Order details export clean so you can hand Steadfast, Pathao or your local courier exactly what they need. No retyping addresses, no parcels going to the wrong upazila.

06

You run it, not me

Add products, change prices, mark orders shipped, run a discount — all from an admin panel built for a busy owner, not a developer. You're not paying me every time stock changes.

In focus

What 'launch' actually means — and the three weeks after it

Most builders in Bogura treat launch as the finish line: site is online, link is shared, invoice is paid, goodbye. I treat it as the start of the only test that matters — can you run real orders through this without me? Before I call a store done, we put live orders through it together. You add a real product, set a real price, place a test order, pay with a real bKash, mark it shipped, watch the stock drop. If any step makes you hesitate, that's a step I haven't finished. A store you're scared to touch isn't launched, it's just uploaded.

That's also why I'm blunt about price. The floor is 50,000 BDT, with tiers at 50,000 / 90,000 / 1,50,000 depending on how many products, how complex your pricing and shipping rules are, and how much custom work the order flow needs; fully custom builds start from 3,00,000. Payment is simple — 50% to begin, 50% on launch — and nothing goes live until you've approved the design, so you never feel cornered into accepting something you don't like.

When someone offers you an online store for 8,000 or 12,000 taka, understand what you're really buying: a catalogue, not a system that runs your orders. The cheap one costs more the first week it's actually busy.

Frequently asked

Straight answers before we build.

Straight answers on online store development in Bogura — price first, because that's the real first question.

Bogura-te online store development e koto taka lage?

Online store development in Bogura starts at 50,000 BDT. The tiers are 50,000 / 90,000 / 1,50,000 BDT, and where you land depends on product count, how complex your pricing and shipping rules are, and how much custom order-flow work you need. Fully custom builds start from 3,00,000 BDT. Payment is 50% advance and 50% on launch, and nothing goes live until you've approved the design.

Why not just take the 10,000–12,000 taka online store someone offered me?

Because for that money you usually get a good-looking catalogue with a cart button, not a store that actually runs orders. The orders still end up in your inbox, the stock count is fake, and there's no clean handoff to a courier. It looks live, but you're doing all the real work by hand. A 50,000 BDT build pays for the part you can't see — the order flow that means the store works the first busy week instead of breaking.

Can it handle both wholesale traders and regular retail customers?

Yes, and in Bogura that matters more than most places. A lot of business here is wholesale-to-retail along the Dhaka–Rangpur route, so I build quantity-based pricing for bulk buyers supplying shops up north, alongside clean single-item checkout for retail buyers in town. One store, both buyer types — instead of a store tuned for one that quietly loses the other.

Will customers be able to pay with bKash and Nagad?

Yes. bKash and Nagad are set up so buyers can pay and immediately see their order confirmed — no 'bhai, taka ki giyeche?' message afterwards. Cash-on-delivery is supported too, which most Bogura buyers still expect, and your dashboard clearly separates paid orders from COD ones so you always know what's actually been collected.

I'm not technical. Can I run the store myself after it's built?

That's the whole point. Before I hand it over, we put real orders through it together so you've actually done it once with me there. The admin panel is built for a busy owner — add products, change prices, mark orders shipped, run a discount — not for a developer. You won't be paying me every time your stock or pricing changes.

Do you only work with sellers in Bogura town, or the whole district?

The whole district and beyond. I work remotely with sellers across Bangladesh, so whether you're in Bogura Sadar, Sherpur, Shibganj or shipping out to retailers across the Rangpur division, location isn't a limit. We handle everything over calls and messages, and you deal directly with me — the person building it — start to finish.
