For most small and mid-sized Dhaka businesses, an agency means paying for layers of people who do not write your code. With me, you pay one senior who does the work himself. No. My Dhaka clients work with me fully online. We hold the discovery call and kickoff on Google Meet. Design reviews and sign-off happen over Google Meet or WhatsApp, with screen-share. That holds for larger projects above 1,50,000 BDT too. In my experience, the work moves faster over calls and chat than in coffee shops.
A 3 to 5 page site usually takes 2 to 3 weeks from approved design to launch. An 8 to 14 page corporate site usually takes 4 to 6 weeks. Ecommerce takes 5 to 8 weeks, based on product count and payment setup. These dates go into the written scope before you pay the advance. If I miss a date because of me, that is on me, not on you.
For 30 days after launch, I fix free any bug that truly comes from my code. After that, small changes like text edits, new pages or small layout tweaks are billed hourly or as a small fixed package. That is usually 2,000 to 8,000 BDT, based on scope. For ongoing care, like security updates, backups and content updates, I offer a simple monthly retainer from 5,000 BDT. It is truly optional. Many of my clients manage fine on their own after the handover walkthrough.
