Garments Website Design in Dhaka

Garments website design in Dhaka for factories that sell to real buyers, not just visitors.

A garments website in Dhaka has one job: convince a sourcing manager in Manchester, Berlin, or Tokyo that you can actually deliver. I build sites that load fast on a transatlantic connection, present your compliance certificates without burying them, and make your capacity, MOQs, and lead times painfully clear. No template kits, no junior handoffs. One senior designer, your factory's story told properly.

Starts at BDT 50,000. 50% advance, 50% on launch. Design-approval guarantee, so you sign off before we push live.

About the designer

I build garments websites in Dhaka the way buyers actually evaluate them

Most garments factory websites in Dhaka look like they were built ten years ago and never touched again. Stock images of sewing lines. A vague "Welcome to our company" paragraph. A capacity table buried four clicks deep. Then the owner wonders why the inquiry form gets a contact from a kurta exporter in Mirpur instead of a buying house in Hamburg. The website is the first audit a foreign buyer runs on you, and most Dhaka factories fail it before the merchandiser even opens WhatsApp.

I am RH Fardin, a senior website designer based in Bangladesh with around five years building sites for businesses that sell across borders. For garments specifically, I design around what a sourcing manager opens first: who is the owner, where is the unit, what categories do you cut, what is your monthly capacity in pieces, which compliance audits have you cleared, and who is the merchandising contact. Everything else is supporting evidence. No agency, no juniors, no "team will get back to you" — you work directly with me from the first call to the day it goes live.

Dhaka has a particular problem: hundreds of factories competing on the same Alibaba listings and the same B2B portals. A clean, honest, fast-loading website that actually shows your facility, your machinery list, your past shipments, and your real compliance status is one of the few ways to break out of that scrum. I treat the website as your sales floor, not your brochure.

Pricing is straightforward and stated upfront. Starter at BDT 50,000, standard at BDT 90,000, and a more complete factory site with capacity tools, multi-category catalog, and buyer inquiry workflow at BDT 1,50,000. Fully custom builds start from BDT 3,00,000. 50% to lock the schedule, 50% on launch. If you do not approve the design, we do not move to development.

What's included

What a garments website in Dhaka actually needs

Six things that move a foreign buyer from the contact form to a sample order. Every one of these is built into how I scope a garments site.

01

Buyer-first homepage

The owner's photo, factory location, monthly capacity, and category specialization are visible in the first scroll. Sourcing managers do not hunt for the basics.

02

Compliance front and center

BSCI, Sedex, Accord, WRAP, OEKO-TEX, GOTS — whichever audits you hold get their own block with expiry dates and downloadable certificates. This is the single biggest filter buyers apply.

03

Real factory imagery

I help plan a proper photo shoot of your actual floor, machinery, sample room, and finished pieces. No stock images of European garment factories pretending to be yours.

04

International load speed

Built on lean code with a CDN, so the site opens fast for a buyer on a hotel WiFi in Dusseldorf, not just for someone on broadband in Banani.

05

Inquiry that captures intent

The contact form asks for category, target quantity, target price, delivery month, and destination port — so your merchandiser opens a usable lead, not a one-line "send catalogue."

06

English-first, clean copy

Written in plain, grammatically correct English a Dutch buyer can scan in thirty seconds. No machine-translated paragraphs that quietly destroy your credibility.

In focus

Why Dhaka garments factories lose deals on their own website

I have seen it happen too many times. A factory in Savar, Ashulia, Gazipur or Tongi has a real production floor, real workers, real compliance audits, real shipping history with two or three known buyers. Then the website opens with an autoplay video, eight rotating banners, and a paragraph about "providing world-class quality garments since 2003." The capacity number is wrong because nobody updated it after the new unit. The compliance certificates page is missing or returns a 404. The factory address is incomplete. The owner's name and a way to reach merchandising are nowhere on the site. A sourcing manager scanning twenty potential vendors in an hour will close the tab in eleven seconds and never come back.

A garments website in Dhaka is not a creative exercise. It is a credibility document, and it competes against factories in Vietnam, Cambodia, Turkey, and India that have understood this for years. I build yours to do the same job: open fast on any connection, lay out the proof a buyer wants in the order they want it, and route a serious inquiry into your merchandiser's inbox the same hour. Everything else — the hero section, the about page, the news — is supporting cast. Get the buyer-evaluation flow right and the rest of the site can be modest.

Frequently asked

Straight answers before we build.

Direct answers to what garments factory owners and merchandising managers in Dhaka actually ask me.

Garments website design in Dhaka — koto taka?

Starter package is BDT 50,000 for a clean factory site with company profile, capacity, compliance block, photo gallery, and inquiry form. Standard at BDT 90,000 adds a multi-category catalog and a stronger about/leadership section. Full factory site at BDT 1,50,000 brings buyer-side inquiry workflow, multi-unit pages, and a downloads center for certificates and tech packs. Custom builds (with private buyer portal, sample tracking, or ERP hooks) start from BDT 3,00,000.

Do I pay everything upfront?

No. 50% to start and lock your slot in my calendar, 50% on the day the site goes live. bKash, Nagad, or bank transfer — whichever is cleaner for your accounts team.

Will the website actually reach foreign buyers, or just sit there?

The site itself does not generate buyers — outreach, B2B listings, and trade-show follow-up do. What I build is the closer. When a buyer you met at a fair, or a sourcing agent you cold-emailed, finally clicks your link, the site needs to confirm in under a minute that you are credible, compliant, and capable. That is what gets you on the shortlist.

Can you handle the photo shoot at our factory in Savar or Gazipur?

I can coordinate it. I do not personally shoot, but I have photographers in Dhaka I work with regularly who understand factory shoots — knowing what to capture on the floor, in the sample room, at the finishing line, and around compliance signage. Shoot cost is separate from the website price and we agree it before booking.

We already have a website but it looks dated. Redesign or rebuild?

Show it to me on a call and I will tell you honestly. Often the old site can be retired entirely for the same effort it would take to patch it, because the underlying code is heavy and the structure is wrong for how buyers actually evaluate. I will not recommend a rebuild if a focused redesign of three or four key pages will do the job.

Do you build it in WordPress or something custom?

Depends on what you need. For most garments factories WordPress is sensible — your admin can update the capacity, certificate dates, and gallery without coming back to me. For larger groups with multiple units and a real buyer portal, a custom build on a modern stack makes more sense. I will recommend the right one for your case in writing before we start, not after.
