About RH Fardin
In Dhaka, the problem with freelancers is rarely skill. It is whether they pick up the phone in month three.
Almost every Dhaka owner I talk to has been burned once by a freelancer. The pattern is so common it is almost a script. They found someone in a Facebook group or on Fiverr who quoted a tempting number. They paid the advance. They got a burst of activity for two weeks. Then the replies slowed down. That is why hiring a freelance digital marketer in Dhaka feels risky.
By week six, the WhatsApp ticks stay grey. The boosted posts have stopped. Nobody can explain where the ad budget went. The 'freelance digital marketer' has quietly moved on to the next advance. The skill was probably fine. The reliability is what failed. That one experience makes most Dhaka owners nervous about hiring a freelancer at all. I built my whole way of working around that fear.
I am RH Fardin, and I work solo. I have about five years on Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, landing pages and conversion tracking. I work for Dhaka service businesses, online stores and a few overseas clients who pay in dollars. I designed and built websites for years before I went deep on marketing. So I take one person from the ad click to the thank-you screen, and I own every step in between.
If the ad is right but the landing page leaks, I rebuild the page. If the page converts but the form breaks on a mid-range Android, I fix the form. There is no second vendor to manage. There is no 'send it to your web guy' hand-off that kills momentum for a fortnight.
I protect against ghosting with structure, not just a promise. I keep my roster small on purpose, usually three to five active clients. So I am never so overloaded that your account becomes the one I quietly drop. Everything is set up in your own accounts from day one. Even on the worst day, when I can't be reached, you still own it all.
That means your Google Ads, GA4, Business Manager and landing page, with full campaign history. You also get a shared Google Sheet that updates weekly, whether or not we have spoken. So you never guess what happened to your money. For me, reliability is not a personality trait you take on faith. It is how the work is built.
What I do not sell is vanity work. I won't bill you for daily Facebook posts and call it a campaign. I won't promise '100k followers'. I won't run boosted posts with no tracking and hand you a PDF of reach and impressions at month end. If you want someone to keep your Instagram looking busy, I am the wrong freelancer in Dhaka for you.
But maybe you want one accountable person who makes the phone ring. Someone who tells you the cost per lead each week. Someone still answering in month three, just like in week one. That is the whole point of working with me.
