For Mirpur businesses who want a name, not a signboard
What the word 'company' should actually buy you in Mirpur
Walk the lanes around Mirpur 10, Kazipara or Shewrapara and you'll pass half a dozen 'Facebook marketing companies' inside one bus stop's distance — a one-room office above a mobile shop, a banner, a boy on a desktop running the blue Boost button for fifteen pages at once. The word company is doing a lot of quiet work in that signboard. It makes a small business owner feel safe, like there's a team, a process, somebody to hold responsible.
Then the month ends, the report is a screenshot of reach, and when you ask who exactly ran your campaign, nobody can tell you — because three different people touched it between answering other clients' messages. You paid for the comfort of the word company and got none of the thing the word is supposed to mean.
I take the opposite position. I'm RH Fardin, a Dhaka-based digital marketer and Google Ads specialist with around five years running paid social for Bangladeshi businesses, and I deliberately work as one senior operator. When you hire me as your Facebook marketing company in Mirpur, the person who studies your business, builds the audiences, writes the hook in the Banglish your buyer actually scrolls, sets the daily budget and reads the numbers at 11pm is the same person — me.
There's no account manager between us, no 'let me check with the team,' no junior learning Ads Manager on your budget. A company should mean a single point of accountability. With me it's literal: one phone number, one face, one person whose reputation is on every taka.
Here's the part the office-and-banner setup will never offer you, and it matters more than anything on the wall: your ad account, your Facebook page, your pixel and your audiences stay in your name. I work inside your Meta Business account, not mine. Your ad spend goes straight from your own card to Facebook — I never take your boost budget into my account and never mark it up.
That one structural choice removes the most common Mirpur scam, where a 'company' funds your ads through their account, quietly adds 30 to 50 percent on top, and keeps the pixel and audiences hostage so you can never leave. When you walk away from me — if you ever do — you walk away owning everything the campaign built.
The pricing is plain and the same whether your shop is off Mirpur 1 or Mirpur DOHS. Management starts at 50,000 BDT a month for a focused single-objective campaign; 90,000 BDT for a multi-product or active-retargeting setup; 1,50,000 BDT for full-funnel work with serious creative testing. A fully custom build with a new website or shop platform starts at 3,00,000 BDT. Billing is 50% advance and 50% on launch by bKash, Nagad or bank transfer. That's the management fee only — your actual ad spend to Meta is separate, stays in your account, and is never touched by me.
