In your name, always. I register your domain at Namecheap, Cloudflare or an accredited .com.bd partner. I use your name, your email, your phone and your address. You get the registrar login the same week, and you can pull the transfer code any time. If your current vendor refuses to do this, that is a red flag. Your domain is basically being held hostage.

Yes. I register .com.bd, .net.bd and .org.bd through BTCL-accredited channels. These need trade licence or NID documents and take a few business days to process. If you also want a .com for international buyers, I usually suggest running both. One domain redirects to the other, depending on who your buyers are.
