Corporate Website Design in Motijheel

A corporate site that holds up when a Motijheel boardroom opens it on the big screen.

Corporate website design in Motijheel for banks, NBFIs, insurers, trading houses, brokerage firms and DSE-listed companies that have decades of credibility and a website that quietly undercuts it. One senior designer who builds the whole thing — no agency, no juniors, no account manager between you and the work.

From 50,000 BDT. 50% advance, 50% on launch — bKash, Nagad or bank transfer. Design-approval guarantee: you sign off the look before I write a line of code.

Trusted by teams I've built websites for

For the oldest business district in Dhaka

Motijheel companies have the most credibility in Dhaka — and some of the worst websites

There is a particular kind of website I see again and again in Motijheel. The company has been trading since the 1980s. It has a real building on Dilkusha or a floor in a tower off Motijheel C/A. It moves serious money, has DSE exposure or a banking licence, and its name means something to anyone in the sector.

Then you open the site and it is a 2013 template with a sliding banner, a Flash-era 'corporate profile' PDF, a Bangla page that renders as boxes on a phone, and a board-of-directors section that is three blurry passport photos. The gap between the company's actual standing and what the website signals is enormous. Closing that gap is exactly what corporate website design in Motijheel should be about.

I am RH Fardin, a website designer and developer in Bangladesh working solo for about five years. When you hire me there is no agency lobby in Banani, no junior cutting their teeth on your build, no project manager forwarding your emails three days late. The person who maps your sitemap, designs the leadership page, writes the meta titles, wires the contact form and pushes the site live is the same person you message on WhatsApp. For a Motijheel firm where one careless line of copy can rattle a regulator or a shareholder, that single point of accountability matters more than a glossy pitch deck.

Motijheel is not Gulshan and the brief is not the same. A Gulshan startup wants to look young and disruptive. A Motijheel institution wants to look permanent, compliant and trustworthy — without looking like it gave up on design in 2010. That means clean information hierarchy over animation, a board and management section that reads like a real annual report, a downloadable company profile that opens fast on a banker's phone, a notice/press area for regulatory disclosures, and copy in measured corporate English with proper Bangla where stakeholders expect it.

Corporate website design motijheel work lives, with me, in the 50,000 to 1,50,000 BDT range; genuinely bespoke builds — investor relations portals, multi-entity group sites, deep system integration — start at 3,00,000 BDT.

Here is the blunt part. Most Motijheel firms have been quoted 2,50,000 to 4,00,000 BDT by a Banani agency for what is, underneath, a six-page corporate site. You are paying for their office rent on Kemal Ataturk Avenue and a sales team, not for better thinking. I keep the price honest by keeping the overhead at zero and putting the budget into the actual build. The site still has to satisfy a chairman, an audit committee and a foreign correspondent bank — and it does. I just do not charge you for the lobby.

What's included

What a Motijheel corporate site needs that a generic template never delivers

Banks, insurers and listed firms get scrutinised in ways a retail brand never is. Every package is built with that scrutiny in mind from the first wireframe.

01

Regulator-ready disclosure

A clean notice, press and disclosure section your compliance team can update for DSE, Bangladesh Bank or IDRA filings without calling a developer. Dated, archived, and easy to find — not buried three clicks deep.

02

Board-grade leadership page

Directors and senior management presented the way an annual report does it — proper headshots, real bios, clear titles. No LinkedIn screenshots, no blurry scans, nothing that makes a foreign partner hesitate.

03

Profile that opens fast

A downloadable company profile and financial highlights wired to load in seconds on a banker's mid-range phone in a meeting — not a 40MB PDF that times out on Motijheel's congested 4G.

04

Bilingual done right

English-first with Bangla for stakeholder notices and HR content, using fonts that actually render Bangla diacritics cleanly. Most cheap themes mangle Bangla — yours will not, on any device.

05

Built for trust signals

Licences, certifications, memberships, audited milestones and correspondent relationships laid out so a procurement head or correspondent bank can verify you at a glance. Credibility is the whole product here.

06

Quiet, fast, secure

Hardened WordPress, HTTPS, clean structure, no bloated slider plugins. A financial-sector site cannot afford to look slow or get flagged — speed and security are baked in, not sold as an add-on later.

In focus

Why a Motijheel financial firm should not buy the same website as a Gulshan boutique

The audience is completely different, so the site has to be. A boutique in Gulshan is selling to consumers who decide in ten seconds on a phone — big imagery, bold claims, fast emotion. A bank, insurer, brokerage or trading house in Motijheel is selling to a much harder room: a corporate client's finance committee, a regulator reviewing your disclosures, a foreign correspondent bank doing due diligence, an institutional investor reading your board composition, and a journalist checking a notice before a story.

Every one of them is looking for reasons to trust you — or reasons not to. That changes everything about how the site is built. The information hierarchy has to put credibility first, not the hero animation. The leadership and governance pages have to survive a literal background check. The disclosure section has to be current and easy to cite. And nothing on the site can look improvised, because in this sector 'improvised' reads as 'risky'.

This is also where the 'koto taka?' question gets answered honestly for Motijheel. The price is driven by three real things and not by buzzwords. First, how many pages carry distinct, scrutiny-ready content — a typical financial-sector corporate site runs Home, About, Board & Management, Services or Products, Investor/Disclosure, Branch or Office network, Careers, News, and Contact.

At 50,000 BDT I ship the core six properly; 90,000 BDT covers the full structure with Board, Disclosure and Careers; 1,50,000 BDT adds a downloadable annual-profile area, bilingual Bangla pages and a branch locator.

Second, whether you hand me usable copy and director photos or I have to rewrite a decade-old Word file and clean up scanned images — most Motijheel firms are in the second camp, and I will rewrite the copy in clean corporate English, though a proper director photoshoot at your Dilkusha office is a photographer's cost, not mine. Third, the integrations that quietly eat hours — a careers portal that emails HR the CV, a regulatory notice archive, a multi-entity group structure, or a login area for partners.

Anything genuinely custom beyond that — an investor relations portal, live data feeds, multi-language at scale — starts at 3,00,000 BDT, and I will tell you plainly when your brief crosses that line instead of cramming it into a tier that cannot hold it.

Frequently asked

Straight answers before we build.

The questions Motijheel firms actually ask on the first call — starting with the one everyone asks first.

Corporate website design in Motijheel — koto taka actually?

Three honest tiers. 50,000 BDT for a 6-page corporate site (Home, About, Services/Products, Board or Leadership, News/Notice, Contact). 90,000 BDT for the full structure with Board & Management, a Disclosure/Investor section and Careers. 1,50,000 BDT when you also need a downloadable company-profile area, bilingual Bangla pages and a branch/office locator. Genuinely bespoke work — investor relations portals, multi-entity group sites, deep system integration — starts at 3,00,000 BDT. Payment is 50% advance, 50% on launch, by bKash, Nagad or bank transfer.

We are a bank / NBFI / insurer — can you handle regulated-sector content?

Yes. The structure I build puts disclosures, board composition, licences and notices where a regulator or correspondent bank expects to find them, and the notice/disclosure area is built so your own compliance team can post and date filings for DSE, Bangladesh Bank or IDRA without a developer. I do not give legal or compliance advice — your team approves the wording — but the site is engineered so that approved content goes live cleanly and stays archived properly.

Our Banani agency quote was over 3 lakh for basically the same thing. Why are you cheaper?

Because you are not paying for an office on Kemal Ataturk Avenue, a sales team and a project manager. With me the entire budget goes into the actual design and build, and you talk to the person doing the work, not an account manager. A scoped six-page corporate site at agency quality genuinely fits 50,000 to 1,50,000 BDT. If your brief truly needs a 3,00,000 BDT custom build, I will tell you that honestly rather than overselling a template.

Do you come to our office in Motijheel for the briefing?

For corporate clients in the Motijheel, Dilkusha, Motijheel C/A and Dhaka business district, yes — one in-person briefing if you want it, usually 1 to 2 hours at your office. After that almost everything runs on WhatsApp, email and Zoom because it is faster for both sides, especially with Motijheel traffic. Every message still comes directly from me; you are never handed to a junior or an account manager.

Will the Bangla content actually display properly on phones?

Yes. Bilingual is included on the 1,50,000 BDT tier and available as an add-on at the lower tiers. I use font pairings that render Bangla diacritics cleanly on real mid-range Androids — Symphony, Walton, Redmi, Realme — not just on a top-end iPhone. Most cheap themes break Bangla on stakeholder notices and HR pages; the language switcher I build does not duplicate content in a way Google penalises.

How long until our corporate site is live, and what's the process?

Realistically 3 to 5 weeks from the 50% advance, assuming your side responds within 2 to 3 days at each approval. Week 1 — discovery and sitemap. Week 2 — design of Home plus one inner page for sign-off. Week 3 — full design and corporate copy. Week 4 — build and content load. Week 5 — testing, final review, domain switch, launch. In Motijheel the only real delay is usually waiting on the board's or MD's approval, not the build. And the design-approval guarantee means I do not start development until you have signed off the look in writing.
