About this service

Corporate websites that match the address on your business card

If your office is on Gulshan Avenue, near Gulshan Circle 1 or 2, in the diplomatic zone, or tucked behind one of the lake-side roads, your visitors already form an opinion about you before they sit down. The receptionist, the lobby, the boardroom — every signal is calibrated. Then a procurement officer in Riyadh or a buyer in Frankfurt opens your website and lands on a stock-photo carousel from 2017. That gap is what most Gulshan corporate websites quietly leak revenue through.

I am RH Fardin, a website designer and developer in Bangladesh with around five years of focused work on corporate and conversion-led sites. I design and build each project personally — there is no junior to inherit the brief, no offshore team behind the scenes. For Gulshan-based companies the brief is usually the same: a credible English-first site that holds up next to a Singaporean, Indian or UAE competitor, supports a Bangla landing path where it matters, and answers a buyer's actual questions instead of reciting mission statements.

The work is opinionated. I will push back on a 14-item top menu, on three sliders above the fold, on "Our Vision / Our Mission / Our Values" written in the third person. What I replace them with: a crisp value proposition tied to your sector, structured proof — projects, sectors served, certifications, registrations — and conversion paths designed for the way Gulshan corporate buyers actually behave (lots of email, lots of decision-by-committee, a quiet WhatsApp at the end).

Pricing is straightforward in BDT: from 50,000 BDT for a tight corporate brochure site, 90,000 BDT and 1,50,000 BDT for richer tiers with deeper content and sector pages, and from 3,00,000 BDT for custom builds (multi-language, investor sections, careers portals, internal tool tie-ins). Payment is 50% advance and 50% on launch, with a design-approval guarantee — you sign off on the look before a single line of production code is written.

What's included

Why Gulshan companies hire me directly

Six things that consistently matter for corporate buyers in the Gulshan business district — and how this engagement is structured around them.

01

Boardroom credibility

Typography, spacing and imagery tuned to read as serious to a Gulshan visitor used to international standards. No stock-photo handshakes, no rotating banners, no "Welcome to our website."

02

English-first, Bangla-aware

Primary structure in clean business English for international buyers and HQ stakeholders, with optional Bangla landing pages where your local audience actually needs them — not a clumsy auto-translate toggle.

03

Buyer-led structure

Sector pages, capability pages, a real Projects section, and decision-supporting documents (profile PDF, certifications, registrations) in places a procurement officer can find them in under fifteen seconds.

04

Senior hand throughout

You brief me, I design, I build, I deploy. No account manager translating your words, no junior making the actual decisions. Same person on the call and on the keyboard.

05

Loads on a Gulshan elevator

Lean code, compressed imagery, real Core Web Vitals work. The site opens fast on a phone with two bars of signal inside a basement carpark off Gulshan 1, not just on your office fibre.

06

Honest BDT pricing

Tiers begin at 50,000 BDT and scale by scope, with custom corporate builds from 3,00,000 BDT. Quote in writing, 50% advance, 50% on launch — no "final invoice" surprises.

In focus

What "corporate" actually has to mean in Gulshan

Gulshan is not generic Dhaka. The address on your card pulls a specific mix of buyers: multinationals doing local diligence, embassies and development partners checking up on vendors, regional buying houses, importers and exporters, financial services, consultancies and law firms, real estate developers, and the senior end of the IT and ad-tech market. Each of those audiences is reading your website with a different checklist — and almost none of them care about a homepage video with drone footage of your building.

They want to know: are you a real registered company, who runs it, what have you actually delivered, in which sectors, with what client logos or document trail, and how do I get a meeting on the calendar of someone with authority. A Gulshan corporate site that answers those six questions clearly will outperform a flashier site that buries them.

Production-wise, the corporate brief in Gulshan has its own quirks. Most companies need a clean leadership and team section that survives the next reshuffle, a careers area that fits how Bangladeshi hiring actually works (Bdjobs link, direct CV upload, or a referral note), document downloads with proper SEO titles instead of "Untitled-1.pdf", and a contact path that respects how decision-makers here behave — a phone number that goes to a human, a WhatsApp/IMO option, and an email address that is not @gmail.com.

On the back end, I bias toward stacks the next vendor in your life can pick up — clean WordPress with a custom theme for content-heavy corporate sites, or a hand-coded build where you need real speed and a more bespoke design language. You are never locked into me to make small edits, and the handover includes admin access, hosting credentials and a short Loom walkthrough so your in-house team or PA can run the day-to-day.

Frequently asked

Straight answers before we build.

Real questions Gulshan-based companies ask before they hire — answered straight.

Corporate website design in Gulshan e koto taka porbe?

Starting at 50,000 BDT for a tight corporate brochure site (about 6–8 well-built pages with a sector or services structure). The next two tiers are 90,000 BDT and 1,50,000 BDT — more pages, deeper content, sector landing pages, downloadable profile and richer About / Leadership / Careers sections. Larger custom builds (multi-language, investor relations, careers portal, integrations) begin at 3,00,000 BDT. Payment is 50% advance and 50% on launch, always quoted in writing in BDT.

Do you visit our Gulshan office for the brief, or is it all remote?

Most of the work runs remotely over email, WhatsApp and scheduled calls — that is genuinely the fastest way to ship corporate sites. For Gulshan 1, Gulshan 2 and the diplomatic zone I can do an in-person kickoff or design-review meeting when the project warrants it (custom builds, multi-stakeholder corporate sites, anything with a sensitive sign-off chain). Day-to-day reviews stay on shared links so your team in Dhaka, Singapore or London can comment in one place.

Our parent company is overseas — can the site meet their brand and compliance standards?

Yes. A lot of Gulshan corporate work involves a regional or global parent that already has brand guidelines, an approved colour palette, a fonts policy, sometimes an analytics and cookie/consent standard. I work to that brief instead of inventing a new identity. If the parent uses a specific CMS or hosting standard (and it is reasonable), I will build to it; if they are open, I will recommend the lightest setup that meets their requirements.

We need the site in English and Bangla. How do you handle that?

I build a proper bilingual structure where it adds value — typically the homepage, key sector pages, careers and contact in both languages, with a clean language switcher. I do not bolt on Google Translate. For most Gulshan corporate clients the primary structure stays in English (because that is what international buyers and HQ stakeholders read), with strategically chosen Bangla pages for local recruitment, partners and regulators.

How long from contract to launch for a Gulshan corporate site?

A standard 50,000–1,50,000 BDT corporate site usually launches in 3 to 5 weeks once content is in flight: about a week of structure and design, two to three weeks of build, then a review and revisions window. Larger custom corporate builds (3,00,000 BDT+) typically run 6 to 10 weeks depending on scope. The honest blocker is almost always content sign-off internally, not the build.

We already have a website but it embarrasses us in client meetings. Do you do redesigns?

Yes — that is one of the most common Gulshan briefs. I will audit the current site (structure, content, design, speed, SEO basics), point out the three or four issues that are actually costing you credibility or leads, and quote a redesign at the tier that fits. In many cases a focused redesign of the homepage, services / sectors pages, About and Contact is enough — a full rebuild is not always needed and I will tell you that up front.
