About cheap done properly
When you search 'cheap', you usually find the version of cheap that costs you twice
Almost everyone who lands here typed the word 'cheap' on purpose, and I respect that — money is real, and a Sylhet shop owner has no reason to overpay for a website. But here is the trap. Type 'low cost web development in Sylhet' and the first thing you'll find is someone in a Facebook group quoting 8,000 to 15,000 taka.
That number is real, but it buys a nulled theme on shared reseller hosting, no SEO, no proper forms, and a 'developer' who stops replying the moment the advance clears. Six months later the site is down, the admin password is lost, and you are paying a second person to rebuild it from nothing. Cheap, done that way, is the most expensive thing in this market.
The other version of cheap web development Sylhet buyers run into is the opposite problem: a Dhaka agency or a 'company' here in Sylhet quoting 1,20,000-plus for five pages, because you are paying for an office on Dargah Gate Road, a sales person, and a project manager forwarding your WhatsApp to a junior. You don't need that overhead, and you definitely shouldn't pay for it. What you actually want sits in the middle — senior-level work at an honest floor of 50,000 BDT, built once, built right, so you never end up rebuilding it. That middle is exactly what I do.
A lot of Sylhet businesses are funded from outside the country — a son in London or Birmingham paying for the family restaurant's site, a brother in the UK backing a shop in Bandar Bazar. That buyer is careful with money precisely because it's their money sent home, and they hate the idea of paying for the same site twice even more than a local owner does. If that's you, cheap can't mean fragile. It has to mean low price for work that holds up, because a rebuild from across an ocean is a nightmare to manage.
I'm RH Fardin, and I'm the only person who touches your project — no office, no juniors, no reseller in the middle. Around five years writing code and shipping sites in Bangladesh. Cheap, in my version, doesn't mean I skip the process: you still get a real discovery call, a design you approve before I write a line of code, a properly responsive build, on-page SEO done by an actual SEO consultant, and a full handover so you're never locked to me. The price is low because the overhead is gone — not because the work is.
