Business Website Design in Dhaka

A Dhaka business website that does the selling for you, not just sits there looking pretty.

I design business websites in Dhaka for owners who are tired of brochure-style sites that pull in zero calls. Every page is built around one decision: how does a buyer from Banani, Mirpur or Gulshan go from landing on your site to messaging you on WhatsApp. Plain layout, fast on 4G, easy for your team to update later. From 50,000 BDT, 50% advance and 50% on launch, with a design-approval guarantee so you never pay for work you haven't signed off.

Around 5 years building business sites for Dhaka SMEs and service firms. One senior operator on the file, start to finish.

About this service

What "Business Website Design in Dhaka" actually means when I build it

Most business websites in Dhaka are built like printed company profiles: a homepage with a sliding banner, an "About Us" paragraph that no one reads, a services grid where every box says the same thing, and a contact page with a phone number that nobody picks up. The site exists. It just doesn't do any work. Owners pay 25,000 BDT to a part-time freelancer, get something live in two weeks, and then six months later wonder why every lead still comes from Facebook ads or referrals.

When I design a business website, I treat it as a sales tool for one specific buyer in Dhaka. Before I open a design file I want to know who calls you: procurement officers at corporate offices in Gulshan, factory owners from Tejgaon, restaurant chains opening a second outlet in Bashundhara, or families looking for a service in their own thana. The whole site - what's on the homepage, what's in the navigation, what photos we use, what the first line of the About page says - changes based on that one answer.

Then I build the actual pages: a homepage that tells a stranger in ten seconds what you do and who you do it for, a services section that explains the problem you solve (not just lists features), an About page that builds trust with proof and faces rather than mission statements, a portfolio or case section with real numbers where possible, and a contact section that gives people three ways to reach you - WhatsApp, phone, form - because Dhaka buyers don't all behave the same way. The whole thing loads fast on a mid-range Android over 4G in a CNG in traffic, because that's where most of your buyers will see it first.

I also leave you with a site you can actually own. Built on WordPress with a clean page builder, hosting recommendations, and short training video walkthroughs in Bangla so your office assistant can update prices, swap a photo or post a notice without messaging me at midnight. Pricing starts at 50,000 BDT for a focused single-page or 5-page business site, 90,000 BDT for a fuller multi-section site with portfolio and blog, and 1,50,000 BDT for larger sites with multiple service pages and lead-capture flows. Custom builds with integrations, multi-language or member areas start from 3,00,000 BDT.

What's included

Why Dhaka business owners hire me for this

Six things that change when one senior designer-developer owns your business website end-to-end, instead of a sales-rep agency handing it off to a junior.

01

Built around one buyer

Before any design happens, we define who your site is for - a corporate procurement officer, a Dhanmondi family, a Mirpur shopkeeper - and every page is written for that person, not for everyone.

02

Mobile-first, 4G-fast

Most of your traffic in Dhaka opens your site on an Android phone with patchy data. I build for that case first: lightweight images, lean code, real Lighthouse scores I will send you.

03

WhatsApp and call ready

Every page has a sticky WhatsApp button and a tap-to-call number, because Dhaka buyers prefer a 30-second chat over filling a form. Inquiries go up the day the site launches.

04

Bangla and English ready

If your buyers mix Bangla and English (most do), the site reads naturally in both. Fonts, line-height and form labels are picked so Bangla text doesn't look broken on mobile.

05

You can update it yourself

Clean WordPress backend with a page builder you can actually use. I record short Bangla training videos so your team adds news, prices and photos without calling me.

06

One operator, start to finish

The person you meet on the discovery call is the same person who designs, codes, launches and supports the site. No sales handoff, no junior surprise, no "team member will get back to you".

In focus

What separates a working business site from a 25,000 BDT brochure

Walk through the websites of ten random small businesses in Dhaka and you'll see the same pattern: a big slider with three slides nobody clicks past, a row of service icons that all say roughly the same thing, an About Us page that talks about "vision" and "mission" but never tells you who actually runs the company. These sites get built because the freelancer charged 20,000-30,000 BDT and the owner had no time to argue. The honest cost shows up later - in the cold leads that don't call back, in the procurement officer who quietly chooses your competitor because their site looks more serious, in the year you spend running ads to a homepage that doesn't convert.

A business website that actually works costs more upfront because the work is different. Real time goes into the messaging - what does your homepage hero say, in plain Bangladeshi English, that makes a buyer in Banani think "yes, these are the people I want to call". Real time goes into the structure - what order do the sections go in, which one objection does each section answer, where does the WhatsApp button sit on mobile. Real time goes into the proof - photos of actual work, names of actual clients (where allowed), specific numbers, screenshots of real reviews. That's why my floor is 50,000 BDT and not 20,000. At 50,000 you get a senior designer thinking about your buyer for two solid weeks. At 20,000 you get a template with your logo dropped in - and you'll pay the difference back in lost inquiries every month for the next two years.

Frequently asked

Straight answers before we build.

Real questions Dhaka business owners ask me on the discovery call, answered straight.

Business website design Dhaka-te koto taka?

My floor for a business website in Dhaka is 50,000 BDT - that's a focused 5-page site (Home, About, Services, Portfolio/Work, Contact) with WhatsApp integration and a basic enquiry form. 90,000 BDT gets you a fuller site with a blog or news section and up to 10 pages. 1,50,000 BDT covers multi-section sites with separate landing pages for each service line and lead-capture flows. Custom builds with multi-language, member areas or third-party integrations start from 3,00,000 BDT. 50% advance to start, 50% on launch.

How is this different from the 20,000-25,000 BDT business websites I see advertised on Facebook?

Honestly, mostly time and seniority. At 20-25k a freelancer is using a free template, dropping your logo and copy in, and shipping in 3-5 days. The site exists but isn't built around your specific buyer in Dhaka. I spend the first week on positioning, structure and copy, the second week on design, the third on build and content load. You end up with a site that people actually inquire from, not one that just looks online. If your budget is genuinely under 40k BDT, I'm probably not the right fit and I'll tell you so on the call.

How long does it take to launch a business website with you?

Typical timeline is 3 to 4 weeks from advance payment to live site, assuming you can send me content (logo, photos, basic copy or notes) within the first week. Discovery and structure in week 1, design in week 2, build and content in week 3, revisions and launch in week 4. If you need it faster for a specific event or campaign, I can sometimes compress to 2 weeks at the same price - just tell me on the call.

Do you work with businesses outside central Dhaka - Uttara, Savar, Narayanganj?

Yes, all the time. Most discovery calls happen over Zoom or Google Meet anyway. I've built sites for businesses in Uttara Sector 7, Savar, Narayanganj, Tongi, and outside Dhaka in Chattogram and Sylhet. If you prefer an in-person meeting and you're inside Dhaka city, I can usually come to your office once during the project.

Will my business website rank on Google for my company name and services in Dhaka?

Ranking for your own brand name - yes, almost always, within 2-4 weeks of launch with proper on-page SEO and a Google Business Profile setup, both of which I include. Ranking for competitive service keywords like "interior design Dhaka" or "law firm Gulshan" needs ongoing SEO work over 4-6 months minimum, which is a separate engagement. The build itself is SEO-clean: fast loading, schema markup, proper headings, mobile-friendly, indexed sitemap.xml.

Can I pay through bKash or Nagad, and can I pay in instalments?

Payment is 50% advance, 50% on launch - that's the structure for every project. Both halves can be paid via bKash, Nagad, bank transfer, or international wire if you're paying from abroad. For larger projects above 1,50,000 BDT I can split into three instalments (advance, mid-project on design approval, balance on launch). I do not work on full-credit terms or "pay when leads come in" arrangements.
