Why Mohakhali searches for a senior
What a Mohakhali organisation actually needs from a web development company
Mohakhali is its own animal inside Dhaka. In one corridor you have the development-sector cluster - UN agency offices, BRAC, icddr,b, the INGOs and local NGOs strung along Mohakhali-Wireless and the Amtoli stretch. A few minutes away you have the pharmaceutical head offices, the corporate towers around the commercial area, the SKS and AICL kind of buildings, and then the dense SME belt of traders, clinics and importers operating near the bus terminal and the flyover. These buyers do not all want the same website - but they share one problem. The last person who built their site stopped answering, and the site now loads slowly, looks dated, and quietly fails the one review that mattered.
I am RH Fardin, a solo website designer and developer working with Dhaka clients for around five years. When people search for the best web development company in Mohakhali, they are usually not looking for a big firm - they have been burned by one. They are looking for a senior who will actually do the work, pick up when they message, and not route their project to a junior in another building. That is what I am by default. The person on the discovery call is the person writing the code, configuring the hosting, wiring the contact form, and pushing the site live. One phone number, one accountable human.
Why does that structure fit Mohakhali specifically? Because the work here gets graded by people who read carefully. A programme officer checks whether your NGO site states your registration and reporting cleanly before a donor call. A procurement desk at a pharma company opens your vendor page on a locked-down office laptop. An importer's customer opens your catalogue on a mid-range Android over Robi data near the terminal. The site has to behave for all three - fast, clean, correct English, working forms - and a single careless developer who ghosts after launch cannot keep clearing that bar. I build for that scrutiny on purpose.
Pricing is plain and fixed. A focused single-page site starts at 50,000 BDT. A standard multi-page build is 90,000 BDT. A fuller site with blog, integrations and stronger structure is 1,50,000 BDT. Anything genuinely custom - a portal, a dashboard, a bespoke application - starts at 3,00,000 BDT. Fifty percent advance, fifty percent on launch, and you never pay the launch invoice until you have approved the live design. No 'sir aro lagbe' surprises in week three.
