Best Online Store Development Company in Dhaka

Best online store development company in Dhaka, judged the way buyers in Dhanmondi, Mirpur and Uttara judge it. Did the checkout work on a 3-year-old Android? Did bKash go through on the first tap? Did the order land in your inbox without a refresh?

I'm RH Fardin, a one-person shop, not a 40-seat agency. I design, code, test and launch every online store myself. That covers product schema, bKash and Nagad, COD with a courier API, and a Bangla and English checkout. You talk to the same person on WhatsApp the whole way. Stores start at 50,000 BDT with 50% advance.

About 5 years building stores for Dhaka brands in fashion, electronics, restaurants and B2B. All live, all taking orders, all built by one senior developer.

Why "best" means something different here

Most online stores in Dhaka break on the things that matter most

Talk to a Dhanmondi boutique owner who has been burned twice, and you hear the same story. The last "company" delivered a store that looked fine on a MacBook. Then 70% of her real buyers left before the bKash confirmation page. They were on 4-inch Android screens, on patchy 4G in Mohammadpur. That is the test for the best online store development company in Dhaka. Not awards, not big logos in the footer, not a stock-photo office.

I build online stores for the Bangladesh buyer first and the dashboard second. The homepage loads in under three seconds on a Galaxy A12. The product page shows the price in BDT above the fold. bKash and Nagad are not buried in a third step. Cash on Delivery takes one tap, because a big chunk of Dhaka still pays that way.

Only then do we work on the admin panel. I make it something you, your warehouse cousin and your packaging guy can run without me on the call.

There is no junior layer. I do the wireframe, the Figma and the WooCommerce or Shopify setup. I hook up the Pathao or Steadfast courier API and install GTM and the Meta Pixel. I also handle the hand-holding after launch. That is the trade-off of a solo senior over a 30-person company. I can't run 10 projects at once. But the one you pay for never goes to a 3-month intern after the kickoff call.

I have done this for about five years, mostly for Dhaka brands. A few came from Chattogram and one or two from abroad. I do not invent client names to fill a slider. I will not promise a 600% revenue lift on a sales call. I will promise a store that loads fast and takes orders correctly. It won't need a rebuild in nine months because nobody documented the plugins.

What's included

What actually makes an online store the "best" in Dhaka

Here are six things I refuse to ship without. Most of them are invisible to the buyer, which is why most stores in Dhaka skip them.

01

bKash + Nagad first

I build in native bKash Tokenized Checkout and the Nagad payment gateway. I test both with real transactions before launch. You get a working button that sends a success or fail status to your dashboard, not a screenshot of a number.

02

COD that doesn't bleed

Cash on Delivery links to the Pathao, Steadfast or Sundarban courier APIs. Orders push on their own and returns are tracked. You stop losing 12% of revenue to fake-address orders nobody followed up on.

03

Mobile-first, 3G-tolerant

I aim for a Lighthouse mobile score of 85 or more. Images load as WebP, and product galleries load lazily. The checkout works on a 2GB-RAM Android in Jatrabari, not just on the iPhone in your hand.

04

Bangla + English ready

Product titles, descriptions, error messages and order emails can run in Bangla, English or both. It is done properly, with Bangla fonts that render on every device, not image placeholders.

05

Admin a human can run

Stock, prices, offers, courier notes and refunds live in one panel. I train you and your team on it over Google Meet. You never need me to change a banner before Eid.

06

Built to be ranked

Product schema, breadcrumbs, clean URLs, a sitemap and proper Open Graph tags are in the build from day one. So when you start Google or Meta ads, your landing pages work with you, not against you.

In focus

How I judge an online store before I call it "the best": a 9-point launch checklist

Before any Dhaka store I build goes live, it must pass a checklist. The checklist comes from watching real Bangladeshi shoppers, not a Western UX blog. (1) The price shows in BDT, in numerals, above the fold on a 360px screen. (2) The bKash button works on the first tap, with real airtime and a real merchant number. I will not hand over logins and a "good luck."

(3) Add-to-cart works without a page reload, because a 3G link in Banasree will not survive five page loads. (4) The checkout asks for the minimum: name, phone, address, division and payment. There is no forced account and no captcha that breaks on mobile. (5) An order confirmation by SMS or WhatsApp goes out within 60 seconds. That trust signal decides if the buyer posts a complaint or waits calmly for delivery.

(6) The courier API really creates a consignment. I test one real Pathao or Steadfast pickup before launch. (7) You get an email and a Telegram or WhatsApp ping for every new order, because you will forget the dashboard for the first three weeks. (8) The Meta Pixel and GA4 Purchase events fire with the right value and currency. So when you start Facebook ads, you are not guessing.

(9) There is a documented handover: one PDF, one Loom video and one WhatsApp group. You and your team are never stuck if I am out of reach for a week. If a store fails any one of these, it is not done. That is the only meaning of "best online store development company in Dhaka" I will defend to a paying client.

Frequently asked

Straight answers before we build.

Real questions from Dhaka founders on sales calls, answered the way I answer them on WhatsApp.

Online store er cost koto taka? What is the real price in Dhaka?

An entry online store is 50,000 BDT. A mid-tier store with more products, custom design and full bKash, Nagad and COD is 90,000 BDT. A fuller catalogue store with deeper integrations is 1,50,000 BDT. Heavily custom builds with B2B pricing, multi-vendor or ERP hookups start from 3,00,000 BDT. Terms are 50% advance and 50% on launch. There is no hidden "maintenance" trap.

Why hire one freelancer instead of a known online store development company in Dhaka?

At a company, the senior you meet in the sales meeting rarely writes your code. With me, one person does it all. That covers the kickoff call, the Figma, the build, the bKash test payment and the Friday-night fix after launch. Say you run a single-brand store with under 1,000 SKUs in Dhaka. One person is usually faster and cleaner than a 5-layer agency process.

What payment gateways do you actually integrate, not just claim to support?

I integrate bKash (Tokenized Checkout and Payment Gateway), Nagad, Rocket and AamarPay. I also do SSLCommerz, which covers most local cards and mobile wallets. For selling outside Bangladesh, I add Stripe or 2Checkout. I will not claim "international payment ready" on the homepage unless I have built and tested it with your merchant account.

Will the store work for Cash on Delivery with Pathao and Steadfast?

Yes. I integrate the Pathao, Steadfast and Sundarban Courier APIs. You create consignments from the admin panel. Tracking numbers come back on their own, and order statuses sync. REDX and eCourier are supported too. Just tell me at kickoff which one you already use.

How long does it take to launch an online store in Dhaka from kickoff?

A 50,000 BDT starter store takes around 3 weeks. A 90,000 BDT store with custom product templates and full payment setup takes 4 to 5 weeks. A 1,50,000 BDT catalogue store with B2B logic, advanced filters and proper SEO takes 6 to 8 weeks. Delays usually come from product photos and content, not the build. On day one, I send a calendar that shows exactly what I need from you and when.

After launch, what happens when something breaks during Eid sales?

You are on a WhatsApp thread with me directly, not a ticket inbox watched by an intern. Critical issues get a same-day fix during business hours. That means checkout down, payments failing or the courier API rejecting orders. After the warranty window, ongoing changes run on a small monthly retainer or per-task pricing. It is your call, with no lock-in.
